Bloke gets paid a fortune for letting his players do his job for him. Whenever he loses his job, he walks straight into another equally well-paid job. Also got a younger, relatively fit wife (considering how he looks) who, when he gets caught at brothels, says that he is stressed and should visit prostitutes more often. Avram Grant is some sort of genius and I tip my hat to him

'Arry's going down in the summer. Can't see HMRC pursuing him in a high profile case for 3 years unless they reckoned they had a real chance to get a conviction. Good chance that Levy will use it as an excuse to replace him as apparently their relationship isn't great these days (Moyes to Spurs anyone?) I, for one, will have a quiet laugh if he gets done - cannot stand the man especially since his defence of the Cancers

Iain Macintosh got confirmation from FA & PL on the European places and it's a bit weird. If the FA Cup winners have a place in the Champions League then the Europa place goes to the losing finalists. However if the winners have a place in the Europa League via the Premier League, then the last Europa place goes to 6th in the PL. Basically if City win the Cup and finish 4th, Stoke get Europa but if City win the cup and finish 5th, then the place goes to us or Spurs (whoever is 6th). This is why Redknapp was kicking off about Stoke playing City just after the final, as Stoke will have a massive incentive to lose the game if they don't win the final. Personally I think that we'll get 5th if we beat Spurs at Anfield. Their run-in is a nightmare compared to ours

Always loved the Green & Gold campaign against the owners putting debt on the club..... Newton Heath only became Man Utd when it went bankrupt under heavy debts. Probably too thick to understand the irony
