  1. I'm 80% sure at this point he is leaving us. I'd fucking be pissed if those manc cunts even had the audacity to put in offer in for him. I'd rather see Liverpool sell him for less to someone else like they tried they did w. us when we tried to buy Gabriel Heinze. Anways. I think there are deff some good canadites to replace Pepe, Asmir Begovic has been class at stoke and could be a solid replacement, as well as Shay Given. Once upon a time he was considered a world class keeper. City must be considering selling him. 25 mil for Pepe? 10 for one of those guys? Thats good business at the end of the day
  2. What happened? I use to enjoy listening to those, but there hasn't been one since August. Did numbers quit??
  3. i cant check youtube at work, but not campione (love that one). it sounds like "you'll never break through" 3x and then something is shouted. the kop starts clapping on teh 2nd time they sing the verse. duno if that helps
  4. it was litteraly right after the game kicked off right before the foul it sounds like "you'll never break us?" if you still have it on tivo it started on the 10th second of the game
  5. whats the name/lyrics of the first chant when the game started in the first half? i've been wondering for awhile now and i cant make out the lyrics. let the negging begin
  6. i was having a rather bad day work and this game.. but that made me chuckle. lol
  7. Like to thank everyone on here who is keeping their thoughts and prayer with the people in Japan. I was originally born in Yokohama and still have family there. We did get in touch with our family members, but thinks are still really rough.
  8. That ginger gave us some great moments, and probably one of the worst I can remember against the chavs.. but man can he strike a ball, pretty much everyone we brought in since Riise has been shit compared.. might be a cheap alternative.
  9. WHAT IF... birmingham gets relegated.. its not out of the question. surely they would not be eligible for europe then..
  10. talk to.. sorry for computer speak. lol fugitive, if you rubbed one out for every time you negged someone you have have blisters on your hands.
  11. i took the bet the day after we beat the chavs that torres wouldn't score in his first 10 outings. didn't matter if he only played 5 minutes.. well 5 DOWN 5 TO GO! lol 7 to 1 odds with $50 down..
  12. Fernando Torres has insisted he was loyal to Liverpool and proved it by joining Chelsea rather than Manchester United or Manchester City. - News - MirrorFootball.co.uk Fernando Torres last night insisted he was loyal to Liverpool - because he did not sign for Manchester United or Manchester City. Torres is still waiting for his first goal since his British-record £50million transfer to Chelsea and last week suggested the "chaos" at Anfield had forced him to quit Merseyside. Now the Spaniard has risked causing more anger among the fans who previously idolised him with his decidedly unusual take on the concept of loyalty in the game. Torres, who hopes to get off the mark at the sixth time of asking against Copenhagen in the Champions League tomorrow, said: "I did not want to go to Manchester City or Manchester United. I could never do that, out of loyalty to Liverpool. "But the Liverpool I left was not the same club as the one I joined. I did not understand the path the club was following. "It's not as if I was the first to leave the club in the last few years. Look at Alonso, Mascherano, Arbeloa, Riera, Benitez. Some 20 or 30 left, all to improve themselves. "I did not imagine leaving Liverpool but then the Chelsea train passed by and I had to catch it because of the dream I have of winning. I want to win the Premier League and I felt I had to go." Torres has not exactly pulled up any trees so far, with Blues manager Carlo Ancelotti still seeking the partnership that will allow the Spaniard to flourish, having failed to fire alongside Didier Drogba or Nicolas Anelka, before looking sharper when Salomon Kalou came on to load the bullets at Blackpool last week. The striker, however, is insistent he made the right decision and that he will reward Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich for his faith by demonstrating he has bought the man who can make a trophy-winning difference. "The first few weeks were not easy for me. I do not know London, have spent time looking for somewhere to live and it's all been a bit of a mess," aded Torres. "It's a much bigger city then Liverpool and that takes getting used to, not knowing if it will take 40 minutes to get to training or a lot longer if the traffic is bad. "But I know my best years in the Premier League are still to come. I'm sure of that. "What I want to do now is settle down, be quiet, stop thinking about other things and enjoy my life. "We have the chance to win the title and the Champions League. Four weeks ago I didn't have that and now I feel close to what I want. "All my life I have sought to win - win titles. I was lucky enough to win the World Cup but as a footballer you want to win with your club, with the players you train alongside every day. "I am away from home but Chelsea gives me the chance to achieve those goals year after year. Over the next 50 years they will be fighting United and Arsenal for trophies. "The club has an owner who continues to invest in the side, who has a dream and will not stop until he gets it. "Of course he is not at the club every day, because that's the job of the chief executive or sporting director. But he is accessible and I know he will be there when I need something." 13. my thoughts exactly... you need speed down the flanks.. thats how you create space another baffelingly good point. 35 mil on a player who had a great 6 months, same idea w. charlie adam, thats where my concern is w. the new ownership
  14. i got negged for using that website in a "value of liverpool team" thread lol
  15. I don't know if Morimoto's body shape is right for the PL. I'm pretty sure he is right at 6 ft, but he is really gangly.. couldn't weigh more then 160 lbs. to be honest i don't think he is even getting regular play right now, but I could be wrong.
  16. very true. riera gave us something we haven't seen since he left or really even before he got to the club.. thats width on the left. not the fastest player but he had enough moves to get around his opponet to create space. I'm half Japanese and have been following the national team for some time. Kanagawa is deff a strong player, but Honda leads the line and could add some many extra dimensions to our game.
  17. It's going to be beautiful when both those cum guzzlers are flat broke. Hick$ lost Liverpool, the Texas Rangers, and is in the process of selling the Dallas Stars. I know Gillette also had to sell the Montreal Candians in the last year. People like this should be thrown in jail
  18. so no Ashley young? Unless the name is Nancy or Susan or Deborah I'm ok with it.. Gael is pretty bad though
  19. Whats really impressive about Honda is he is a natural CAM, but when called upon he can play upfront. He has the ability to get around players in a 1 on 1 situation and create space for others. That is exactly what we need. plus that left foot from the dead ball is probably the most impressive asset to his game
  20. I look at the fact that are starting 11 is promising, but when we go down 2 or 3 players (for instance, kelly, gerrard, suarez) we become this incredibly thin team.. i dont want squad players and neither honda or turan would be that, but that is certainly something that needs to be addressed.
  21. this is just bleeding off the Sanchez post, but in terms of cost and value I think its a good question.
  22. if i could neg you I would. You sound like a 12 year old cunt
  23. I would LOVE to see Honda at the club, another free kick genius, and it would be phenonimal to see someone w. that kind of left foot. He basically lead Japan during the world cup.
