  1. A wonderful cover of Joy Division's 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'. 2. Hahahaha. Can someone take an effigy of Roy up to Anfield tomorrow and burn it outside the Shankly gates? He needs a sign.
  3. The sad this is, we may find ourselves watching Hodgson's football next season with heavy hearts. This matter should have been put to bed the moment Kenny threw his hat into the mix. We're looking for a man to carry the club on a rolling contract. The king is begging to do the job. It really is a no-brainer.
  4. I concur. Here is a group of worth: Login | Facebook
  5. Betting odds anyone? Hahaha. I think Chrissie ruined the party when he wrote a pro-Woy piece. We all know how Marty likes to listen to the press.
  6. I don't care how he gets the job. If he has to gouge Cecil to death, so be it. Can someone with an E-season ticket show this cunt the poll that Tony Barrett refers to, please: 6.5% of the vote for Woy. It's a no-brainer: he's not wanted here.
  7. I have to agree. Some of the comments they make are shameful. I'd be saddened to find that I was sitting next to one of them next season. This is beyond the pale: When did Cecil become a demi-god? A man who doesn't have a temporary contract at this club is now in charge of deciding its future. Absurd.
  8. These muppets are going toe to toe on the issue, too: Kenny Dalglish opposes Liverpool appointing Roy Hodgson - LiverpoolFC Official Forums I've never known this club to be so devoid of direction and unity. This time of the year is usually a period of expectation. All I feel at present is resignation. Who, Kenny aside, can we feasible suggest has the best interests of our club at heart?
  9. Cecil Purslow (Cecil_Purslow) on Twitter Cecil knows best.
  10. This is every supporters biggest fear. Are we all overly paranoid? Do we have a right to be? Yes.
  11. Your final point is spot on. However, do you really believe that relationships should be allowed to hinder the man best equipped to manage this club at present from doing the job? After all, Kenny doesn't, if reports are to be believed, seem too shy in voicing his opposition of his friend, Roy. It would be a tad ridiculous to thwart a perfectly suitable way forward for the sake of sparing-possible-unrest in the future. Kenny is the best candidate. Nothing should keep him from taking the reigns--ill-health aside.
  12. It's concerning to think that he is perhaps the only person currently at the club who cares about the club.
  13. If tom and Dick are cancer and aids, Purslow must be E-'fucking'-bola.
  14. 6.5% of the vote. I hope he doesn't know about that. Woy may feel a little upset if he does.
  15. We're not alone: .tv et al have all followed suit. Although Kraptalk-or big Dunc-have/has refuted the rumour that we are on the cusp of a takeover. Allegedly 'money was bought to Purslow's table and he pushed it on to the floor'.
  16. Yes, but I wasn't suggesting that the story was in any way true, as I have already stated. Moreover, I'm confused as to why you mistook my reference to Woy's 'owl-ness' as being something serious. The whole point of my post was to use over-exaggerations to highlight the absurdity of the current internet forum topics. I wasn't in any way giving a run-down of 'alleged' facts. Sorry. On another note, Tomkins is still pushing his Pellegrini piece. And Woy has been installed by the bookies as the favourite to replace Capello: he's a hot ticket for the bookies at present.
  17. Great. Does anyone know of a rock I can crawl under for 7 weeks? This is becoming unbearable. 'Asset strippers'! Every new day brings little respite from the turmoil. When will it stop? Will it stop? It's funny how season ticket fees are due at the close of this month. We'll probably ship all of our players out during the first week of July.
  18. What? You have missed the point of my post. I was using over-exaggerations as a means to embellish a facetious angle. Surely you got that from my opening sentence? And when I used the term 'sources' I was referring to all and sundry who have put out that Purslow is in Africa trying to tempt Woy to our club with 'a sizeable avery'. Not even Koptalk are putting out a story as absurd as that.
  19. They are making this stuff up as they go along. Bascombe suggests Hodgson has signed; Buxton suggests a deal has been struck with Pellegrini; various sources have Purslow in Africa trying to lure Woy to Anfield with the promise of a sizeable avery, etcetera. We could be waiting for a while before we have any clarity on the managerial front.
  20. This is almost as if the Yanks have hijacked his Twitter page. Hmmm. This is the best Twitter page on offer at present.
  21. Well, The Kop Magazine are reporting that they have been made aware of 'goings on' from an 'inside source. And a club photographer I know-who does the inside photograph for each home programme and was used for Gerrard's 'My Captain' book-gave me a sizeable hint as to what he has been made aware of, but I'll not divulge--yet.
  22. And one is a make-shift winger and the other an 'alleged' forward.
