  1. I'm actually a hermaphrodite. I'm somewhere in the middle.
  2. It depends on the course. LJM provides some fantastic courses that are cut above those at the University of Liverpool. A lot depends on the lecturer you end up with, too. Keele has a history department on par with Oxford and Cambridge. However, during my time there I was guided by a proto-feminist who hated any student who wrote anything remotely derogative about women. When studying medieval England, such a task is difficult to undertake--especially when one of the topics was the Mysticism of Margery Kemp. LJM has a good Law department.
  3. Malawi Dark Fired Thyolo; Kenya Tinderet; Japanese Sencha Uji; Malawi Salima Oolong; Malawi Pu Erh. All great teas, in my opinion. I also like Ceylon, Darjeeling, and a strong Yorkshire tea.
  4. 1. Had a shit Just finishing one now. 2. Had a shag Friday. The best £30 I've spent in months. 3. Cried Osbourne's budget had me welling up. 4. Laughed REALLY hard so it hurt I watched 'My Sister's Keeper' last night. One of the best comedies I've seen in years. 5. Lied About 4 seconds ago.
  5. Did you not listen to the 'Beetroot' album? It was vanguard for Cast. I remember tiring of them quickly after 'All Change', but I was astounded when I heard 'Beetroot'. It was superb, in my opinion. 6. Err, he knows that we paid Rafa 20 million on his departure. :whatever:
  7. I'm not sure, to be honest. It has a very strange moderation clique. And there is a worryingly cancerous dislike for Kenny at present. Sadly, that website and its forum is viewed by thousands. And thus the basis for a consensus on Liverpool fans may in part be generated as per its posts. It's all very sad over there.
  8. Yes. Are you familiar with its 'Rage and Anger' nights? I never went to one, to be honest. I always found parking on Wood Street around 7pm, when the loading bays became available. However, I would always return around midnight to find broken glass strewn across the road and girls in halterneck dresses puking, fighting, and shouting expletives at the tops of their voices. I have a Liverpool badge in my rear window. That didn't prevent one girl from referring to me as a 'Yakubu fucking cunt' when I asked her to move her ass off my bonnet. Good times.
  9. We're fortunate here. Over on .tv they have a thread that for 36 pages continually refers to Kenny as a 'blackmailer' and a 'shameful man'. Apparently he's ruining the club by not allowing Purslow to appoint Woy, if that is the case. Jesus wept--twice.
  10. Ana Ivanovic for me. Although I warmed to Wozniacki today when she spoke of her love for Gerrard and Torres.
  11. In which case we'll be cheering him on next season, hopefully.
  12. Ah. Well, in that case I'll be of little use. I spent most of my time there seeing films in the Box at FACT. Only occasionally did I venture beyond those walls: Passion to India was a popular haunt of mine. For what it's worth, the bars on Wood Street were always busy. However, I once saw a girl fall out of a bar on Wood Street, puke all over her dress and then proceed to massage said puke into her bosom. Needless to say she probably had trouble hailing a taxi.
  13. The White Ribbon (Das weisse Band) - Michaele Haneke 8.5/10 Haneke has made a deeply unsettling and gravely beautiful film that tells us very little. But the performances are astonishing, and the faces of the children, caught in long, static close-ups, may haunt you for a long time.
  14. This depends on what you believe, I suppose: Chelsea or CSKA Moscow? Allegedly he has rejected a move to the latter in favour of the former. In contrast there are reports from Liverpool Football Club suggesting that no move has been made for Yossi from Chelsea. However, I think it is safe to say-based on direct quotes from Yossi-that a move will come to fruition. He'll probably take the place of Joe Cole on their bench.
  15. I agree. I think it is absurd to believe, even for a moment, that the Gerrard quotes being discussed by all and sundry pertaining to his move to Real are genuine. After all, nobody can begrudge him a move, if that is what he seeks. But we all know Stevie has more class than to undermine the fans by discussing his future so candidly. I expect, if he does choose to leave, that we will hear it from him first hand in a Torres-esque farewell press conference. He's a legend at this club. It's not feasible that he would tarnish his rapport with the fans by behaving in such an uncouth manner, irrespective of how bad things at the club are.
  16. Hello. I have given seminars at LJM. I studied for a period at Hope University, however. Could you be a bit more specific as per the courses you are interested in, please? LJM is strong in certain areas: media is of note. What information are you looking for, exactly: undergraduate, post-graduate, masters, PHD, PGCE, etcetera?
  17. I had already ticked all of the boxes and paid for my ticket before the call to boycott came. Spirit of Shankly, via email, have sent me guidelines on how to retract my ACS submission. I've emailed Stella in the ticket office, but I have had no reply, as of yet.
  18. Good point. I have a feeling that the short-list may have never included Kenny. Which, in my opinion, would mean a list (hypothetically) of Hodgson, Klinsmann, Pellegrini, Sven, and Lippi.
  19. As such, we must also be somewhat sceptical about the rumours pertaining to an approach for Hodgson. Can anyone offer a feasible reason for the delay? I really don't see how Hodgson can be the man for the job if he hasn't been given it yet.
  20. 1) Who will be our manager? 21. Liverpool MD Christian Purslow: Steven Gerrard, Javier Mascherano and Fernando Torres won't be leaving Anfield until Rafa Benitez's successor appointed - MirrorFootball.co.uk Next Tuesday: imminent.
  22. Latest Odds: Roy Hodgson 4/6 Manuel Pelligrini 5/2 Kenny Dalglish 9/1 Jurgen Klinsmann 28/1 Next Liverpool Manager Odds - Roy Hodgson or Manuel Pelligrini - Best Odds - Bet Nose I've put £15 on Kenny.
