I don't think it's easy to finish 7th if you're Bolton. There are easily 7 better squads with more money than you. United Arsenal Chelsea City Liverpool Tottenham Sunderland Aston Villa and that's just off the top of my head. It's a quality achievement in what has probably been the most competitive premier league ever to finish 7th and if he can do so and go on to continue getting that place then he's beating the odds every single year. Question for all those that think Holloway is "nailed on" for manager of the year. Does he still get it if/when his team are relegated?
