ALAN PARDEW is ready to admit defeat in Newcastle’s battle to hang on to Jose Enrique. Toon boss Pardew is desperate to keep hold of the £15m-rated Liverpool target. But with the defender stalling on new contract talks, Newcastle are ready to listen to offers for the 25-year-old. AC Milan are also tracking the former Villarreal full-back, who arrived at St James’s Park in a £6m deal four years ago. The Spaniard has just 12 months left on his current £45,000-a-week deal.
