  1. You're alright Kaizer as long as you stick to stats. You eventually wear them down under the sheer weight of numbers.
  2. So what's your alternative then, other than a deluded hope that some down to earth billionaire with no plans to make money from the fans, which every owner has done since the inception of the game, will swoop in when we finally force the pesky yanks out without making a return on their investment? They're here to stay, it's obvious, and Purslow has been appointed to improve the situation. That's all he can do.
  3. Not even the Voroninator, who is better than Rooney?
  4. Everyone has his price. If they offered anything over 10 million, taking into consideration his age, the club are well within their rights to ponder over a potential deal. They obviously felt at the price offered he was better off here. You're just looking for conspiracies.
  5. I'm too old to wind people up. I'm just a miserable git who knows his football. Although it's funny seeing some of the newer cranks boiling over to some basic insight.
  6. Huyton is in Knowsley and has never been part of Liverpool.
  7. No point. There's too many Momo detectives about these days. Hamstrung has a built in detector, which doesn't reflect that well on him really does it.
  8. Little Sammy aka StevieG26 is a Maltese manc who was outed and then banned on RAWK for trolling every thread with his anti LFC bile.
  9. Explosion usually = some quality opinion that most mere mortals can't handle. I'm bored now anyway, too many mental midgets and virgins.
  10. Thanks for that lovely neg. I've never lived in a council house but I'm sure you can tell me what it's like. I'm in the Red, woo hoo!
  11. Not really. And if you don't go the match anymore this issue doesn't really concern you does it?
  12. He was one of the most productive players in the league and had plenty of experience at the highest level. He was the ideal player to fit in when we needed an alternative to the Gerrard/Torres combo, and there was signs that it was clicking. You're just ignoring the events that lead up to him losing confidence and form in front of goal. The pressure for him to succeed was already huge when he signed but the manager compounded that with his antics. Subbing him on 70 minutes every game became a running joke and the whole affair was another embarrassing stain our history. But as I said earlier, the manager comes out it with his shit smelling of perfume.
  13. Don't believe a word of it. It's usually his agent who spreads a lot of this shit when he feels a bit under appreciated. We're as big as it gets for the Yossmeister.
  14. It's a fair point about money and planning but we'd see a similar strategy with an open cheque book. I think it was Ballague in one of his PR pieces recently who mentioned his scatty approach to signing players due to an ever changing philosopy. Althought he was trying to use it to educate us mere mortals of the manager's genius.
  15. Who knows? Big bang, Evolution, Jesus. The possiblites are endless. Do you even go the match anyway?
  16. Good work Nostradamus. Aren't you the one who thought Morientes was a huge success here? And even he had a full season.
  17. When our scouse billionaire takes over all tickets will be freeee.
  18. You'll have to do better than that, genius. Try responding to the points made instead of conciously looking to catch people out in some weird obsession to defend the manager from perfectly valid criticisms. It just makes you look like a twat.
