Frankly, he needs to go for the good of the club. We have gone backwards at an alarming rate this season due to his mistakes and continual use of players who just don't cut it at this level. There needs to be a clear-out of players, manager, staff, politics and owners from this club and soon because at the moment the club is rotten to its core and the people in prominent positions within it are doing more harm than good.

Is it any wonder we have a bunch of under performing players if this is what they think of the man in charge? Its been obvious all season long that certain players have given up the fight because they are disillusioned with Rafa's total lack of man management and motivational skill. Imagine if all the players actually wanted to give their all for the man in charge, imagine where we'd be in the ieague / Cup / Champions League, then. Albert is just the tip of the iceburg I'd wager, they've all had faces like smacked arses on them from day one of this season. We all know what it's like to work for a boss who you don't get on with, one who makes no effort to help you improve or even offer words of encouragement when you need it, you think 'fuck him' & don't bother giving 100% for someone who you have lost respect for. Thats what our situation has looked like to me this season, they have lost the willingness to fight for someone they no longer trust or fully respect anymore, they are just going through the motions. Maybe giving Rafa total control turned him into an even bigger control freak with too many kiss arse sidekicks?
