  1. Spot on. We're total shite when it comes to transfer negotiations.
  2. It's a shame we're not after him. Think he's a cracking little player, and would obviously fit into Rodgers style. Would rather used the money on him than Allen.
  3. Shocking! What a top class cunt! Fucking hate those Manc cunts. So now we have to give every manc cunt with a tattoo behind his right ear a punch in the face in case it's this guy. What a moron...
  4. Yes, Commolli must have been either fucking drunk all the time he was here, or he was sent here by Ferguson to destroy all of our transfer dealings. I guess we can say he succeded
  5. Delighted with that. Doesnt think he was good even though he was not that bad player either. He could head the ball and he was always a threat on free kicks and corners. Fucking hated his boxing celebration, will not miss the little aussie fucker at all.
  6. Well, our last 35m signing proved to be worth the money so why not? But seriously, I would rather see us splashing 20-30m (if we had that kind of money) on this kind of transfers than on the likes of Downing, Carroll and Henderson. Not that I have anything against them, but it makes me feel sick to think of the money we splashed out to get them. £70m??? Jesus christ, 35-40m for those 3 would have been acceptable in my opinion. Sorry, got of the track a bit there but it hurts in my stomach everytime I think of our transfer business lately. :wallbutt:
  7. Good news. Hope they don't get him. So now we can offer them our £35 m striker in a straight swap. Done deal by the end of the week...
  8. Yes he really looks like the real deal. But Anderson looked like a good player to when they bought him from Porto. He was a tricky, fast winger in Porto I remember. When he came to Man Utd he suddenly bacame a central midfielder, often a holding midfeilder. Hope this guy turns out the same. Lucas seems like a class above though, so it's unlikely. He looks more exsplosive and faster than Anderson. Hahaha, maybe we could hijack this transfer by offering them our £35m player in a straight swap?? They couldnt afford to refuse that deal.
  9. So it seems like scum is getting Lucas Moura. I wish that we could compete for this kind of talents. I think he is going to be a hell of a player for them. :wallbutt: Manchester United land Lucas Moura agreement with £26million offer - Mirror Online
  10. Hahaha, nice one. Fucking love that movie! "Jesus Quintana: Let me tell you something, pendejo. You pull any of your crazy shit with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I'll take it away from you, stick it up your ass and pull the fucking trigger 'til it goes "click." The Dude: Jesus. Jesus Quintana: You said it, man. Nobody fucks with the Jesus."
  11. Seems like the Dempsey deal will happen sooner or later. A bit strange that these american sites seems to know it even before it's official though.
  12. I don't think there is something going on with Reina. He has got 4 weeks off like all the others players. Borini wanted to come over 1 week earlier than he had to. Good to hear Borini is eager to get on with his Liverpool career. From the offal : Borini gives up holiday for LFC - Liverpool FC
  13. My reaction would be : "Fuck off you Manc cunt!!" No way way I would accept to let that injury prone little prick ever wear a Liverpool shirt again. I fucking loved him back in the days but that love is far gone now. I actually despise him now. Even if I put that aside I dont see how he could improve us as a team. He is always injured and has lost his pace. He is finished at this level. Fuck him. Bring on Adam Morgan instead.
  14. I just read that interview, and the way I see it he he was talking about the old days when Liverpool was the best team in the world. He was talking about when we ruled England and the world. He doesn't mean some years ago when we were one of the top four in England. In that case he has a fair point, because to be honest with the financial strenght of our rivals do you really we will become that successful again? I hope I'm wrong and I think we will challenge for the title again some day, hopefully under Rodgers. But with the competition from City, Man Utd and Chelsea I don't believe we can be that dominating again. Hopefully financial fairplay will help us on the way. I certainly think he does believe we can challenge for that fourth spot, probably already this season. It all depends how fast our players can adapt to his new style and if we can bring in 1 or 2 players who can go straight into our first eleven and give us more creativity and score some goals. I guess we just have to wait and see. All we can do is trust and support our new manager. I have a feeling that this guy knows what he is doing.
  15. I think I read somewhere that Borini can fill that right side role, maybe that is Rodgers intention. Bellamy - Suarez - Borini could be a dangerous forward three, with Downing, Sterling, Carroll, Cole/Maxi as back-up. We still need more creativity from midfield, and I guess someone has to be shipped out as well. Adam, Carroll (hope not), Aquilani, Cole/Maxi (one of them has to go) is first in line to go i reckon. Don't think all of them will be shipped out, but maybe 1 or to 2. Would like Aquilani to stay but I don't think he will unless he gets rid of his sulky girlfriend who apparantly wants to live in Italy.
  16. Hahaha, yes that is true. So it is still Liverpool then, puhh..
  17. Alltough I'm gutted thet King Kenny had to go, I'm really starting to look forward to see what Rodgers can get out this team. If you look at our first eleven, player for player, up against Swansea's team we should be able to compete for fourth place. Of course it is not that easy, but we are really not that bad. We still have world class players like Gerrard, Suarez, Agger, Lucas (if he can reproduce his form from when he was injured) and Reina. We have good players like Johnson, Enrique, Skrtel, Carroll and Bellamy and promising youngsters in Sterling, Suso and Kelly. If you add Borini and a top class offensive midfielder/winger we have a very good team who could compete with at least Spurs and Arsenal i think. The question is will Rodgers be given time to make the team play his style of football. One month of pre season is far from enough time, maybe we will have to wait a year or so to really see what he can do. At Swansea he got a year in championship to make his team play his kind of football, and when they came into premier league they were "ready". The good thing is that we played some nice passing football last year and Rodgers style isn't far so from that. The biggest change will probably be the high pressure, more movement off the ball, more possesion and that includes "defending with the ball in the team" like Spain and Barcelona use to. I'm actually quite optimistic, but then again I always am at this stage of the year, (except when we appointed Woy), som I'm probably wrong. So if they called Swansea, Swansealona, when Rodgers was there, does that mean that we will be called Scouselona?
  18. Seems like Sterling is not in the squad for in the nextgen game which is being played right now. I guess that is because he is in the squad for the Wigan game, hopefully.
  19. Yes, Evra is a spineless cunt. That he has proved more than once before. The "riot" he created in the french squad last world cup suddenly proves it. God I really despise that man.
  20. Hahaha, yes that was funny as hell. Luis saw Evra coming and gave Ferdinand a little push in the back and jumped away. It was specially funny since both Evra and Ferdinand acted like cunts minutes before the incident. Am I being paranoid to think that the whole hand shaking mess was well set up and planned by sir rednose and evra already before kick-off? Evra surely puts his hand down before Luis comes, and reacts like a "victim" when Luis goes past him. Then he tries to provoke him with his disgusting celebration after the game. And finally sir rednose makes his stupid press conference. Maybe I'm paranoid but I think they are cunning enough to do such a thing. Fuck it's sickening, I really fucking hate those manc bastards!
  21. Feel really sorry for the lads today. I think they produced a good performance and did not deserve to loose at all. Just hope they can build on this form in the reserve league now. Sterling had a great game. I hope King Kenny noticed that and that he'll give him some chances for the first team before the season ends. The ref was abysmal by the way, worst I've seen at any level for quite a while.
  22. Unbelievable that LFC has not managed to score in this game.
