We need masha lads. He provides such fantastic cover for the defence just like didi used to do. Every top team needs that, i mean look at Utd = Hargreaves , Arsenal = Flamini/Gilberto , Chelsea = Essien/Makelele Sell Momo and buy attacking options from that.

I agree with peoples theory that a short term option would be better. If we have money to spend it should be spent improving our attack because as Sunday showed if torres has a day off we dont look like breaking teams down. Thats what the priority should be, another world class striker to compliment torres. If Dagger hadnt have got injured nobody would be saying anything about liverpool being short on cover at the back

Ryan Babel will be a world beater. Granted he needs to be refined a bit, like sometimes he passes when he should run or runs when he should pass etc but hes got the raw talent to be amazing

Hes the best striker we've had since Rush i rekon and i know some people may think God or Owen were better but honestly the guys is amazin. Hes already scored more goals this season than Kuyt managed in the whole of last season. A genuine contender for PFA player of the year

It's as simple as this We need better players and in order to do that we need to spend.. You have to spend money to make money and the sooner Tom and George wise up to this fact the sooner the prem will be in our trophy cabinet

Masha i think should get it.. Pepe Gerrard and Agger all come close but to come from being an outcast at West Ham, with no confidence in a strange country, and play like he did on the road to Athens, he deserves it. Remember against Chelsea at Anfield, a yellow card away from missing the final but he went into every tackle with no holding bak and for that he is a legend in my eyes

I dont know Carradonna, I feel that Kewell is spent, has no pace, comes infield too much and sometimes tries to shoot from ridiculous range because he does not have the legs to beat people..

Rite lads i think that everyone will agree that our current crop of players will not make a realistical challenge of the prem. I think that certain changes need to happen Firstly outgoings: Kuyt = His workrate is second to none but alas he does not have the quality needed to be in a title challenging team. Like the guy but hes not good enough. Voronin = Has to follow kuyt out the door. He showed lots of early promise but has since been extremely poor. Again just not good enough. Sissoko = I really like Momo but anyone that says hes good enough is lying. When the opposition is in possession he is immense but when he has the ball hes brutal. Riise = Again i really like Riise, hes been here 4 ages and sadly i think he needs a new challenge. Hes just not good enough for wat we want to achive. Secondly we need a few big signings: Centre back = Desparately need cover for Carra, Agger and Sami. Ufalusi and Garay have been mentioned. Left Back = Riise needs to be replaced. The Kaladze deal seems dead so maybe try get Heinze again Left Winger = Kewell is spent and we desparately need width on the left. Jeremy Menez would be perfect. Right Winger = Pennant is gud but his form wavers and i think it is only a matter of time b4 Babel becomes a striker. Ricardo Quaresma has been linked and he would be perfect. Lastly we need a striker that will complement Torres. Kuyt and Voronin are not gud enuf whereas i think Crouch should be our 3rd striker. David Villa has been linked 4 a summer move to Anfield and he would be perfect as they are argueably the most potent strike force in international football.

I rekon we swap Crouch and 15 mil to snare Berbatov , then another 15 mil for quaresma and the sky's the limit on what we could achieve. Imagine Torres and Berbatov up front together Holy Mother of God thay would be amazin!!!

I think alonso breaking his metatarsal has been the reason we have stopped scoring goals. Xabi is instrumental in our bid for success and you can see how important he is when hes not playing. Mascha and Momo have been out of sorts aswell as Gerrard who seems jaded . Our strikers however are klass esp Torres. Give babel time tho, i think he could be a real gem if nurtured properly. Ps.Anyone know if Torres is fit 4 2moro??
