yeah it was adriano, didnt see the incident but good to see refs taking a stand. watching revista the other day and some ref sent a guy off for diving, straight red too i think!!

to be fair noone in commentary really pulls gerrard on some of his tumbles. but last night affirmed to me that chelsea, despite everyone saying "yay they love a good scrap" do they fuck, they were dropping all over the show and moaning to boot. lampard was one id never really noticed but he was out muscled constantly by arbleoa, and seemed to love the smell of the grass or something. seriously think a high tempo return leg - i.e. fast aggressive tactics could definitely swing in our favour. any thoughts??

sadly i think we all know that crouch doesnt get away with it because he has an awkward frame blah blah, as fair as i thought the ref was he made a stinker of that situation, im not sayin drogba was fouling but by the same principles then neither was crouch, and some of drogbas diving was a disgrace, especially the one near the touchline when he held his face and lay there for so long mourinho came over. *Camera cuts to Rafa* Rafa mutters "el cunto" :blah

even though many of you think agger had a shocker, u have to ask why does drogba not get penalised for backing in when crouch literally was giving away fouls for doing almost the same thing??. its clear that drogba is a brilliant player but this baffles me sometimes, cos whenever agger moved away and went to the ball drogba tended to fall over a get free kicks. or do any of you have any idea how this tactic should have been defended cos im kind of perplexed. (didnt chelsea fans say we were a long ball team -and sing "hoof the ball, hoof the ball" bare faced cheek after last night)

it is a fact that the northern irish league presents no entertainment so the fans make a spectacle for themsevles, complete and utter tools. although u do get some funny chants in the lower leagues - ala the Carrick Rangers division from what ive heard. but its not to wise to heckle when theres only about 50 fans and no stewards for protection!!!

had a similar experience years ago. was at a friendly tournament called the belfast challenge, this year consisted of liverpool, feyenoord, glentoran and lindfield. well my dad got tickets from his work and surprised me with them (think i was about 14 maybe), so i was buzzing couldnt wait. we went to the liverpool feyenoord game which followed the glentoran lindfield one (big rivalry), our seats were in the lindfield stands. we nipped in to catch the last 15 mins of a completely shite local derby , but i noticed when the final whistle blew the lindfiled supporters all suddenly wore liverpool tops!! well anyway i think the player was titi camera, who by all means had a shocker from what i remember, but literally every touch he got this fella behind me was shouting stuff, well you can imagine. my dad was getting well pissed off and was suggesting leaving cause he was gonna crack, but knew i would have been gutted so he stayed. well at half time he went and got me and my man u supporting mate:ermm: something to eat and that. well he was late and the second half kicked off, and again this guy started on it, i was getting really pissed off and eventually snapped and turned round and said "here mate, any need for all that", to which this easily thirty yr old man said "fuckin bastard is giving the ball away like the shite he is", i just looked at him and shook my head and muttered something like "not even bothered with football are you?", this set him off and he started going off about my age and how i knew fuck all and that. but at that satge some other fella stood up and said "sit u down u fuckin wanker" to the racist guy. seriously never been so pleased in my life, was absolutely shittin it, eventually the guy stormed off in a huff and the crowd started shouting the old favourite "we can see u sneaking out!!" sorry bout the length of the post just needs to be said that fans of our club can be dickheads, however this fella seemed a complete minority and could have been a lindfield fan as he was wearing no colours. a few ppl even had the cheek to sya stuff like well in lad and that after, i was thinkin where were u a minute ago fuck sake. any way my dad still doesnt know about it :thumbup:

was just explaining that incident to my mate (spurs fan - but hes ok he hates drogba and likes agger) was hilarious, broke the tension in my house without a doubt. i was convinced mourinho was gonna say that was provocation though and call for arms around the world for chelsea as he usually does, to get agger banned or something:blah its a shame danny isnt experienced enough to know that he prob should have fouled drogba early on for the goal before the situation got dangerous (something i think sami would have did) but hes still fuckin ace!!

Living just outside belfast i would consider there to be pretty dodgy. 1. two of my mates were beat around the head with hammers 2. other mate was beatin up on his 19th birthdy and sliced with glass its usually no to bad is belfast but when they are angry they tend to go to town on it really. (funny thing happened, a bunch of 14 yr olds tried to throw my mate off a bridge, was funny cos they couldnt lift him and he stood there laughin and calling them faggots- it was the bridge round the back of the waterfront fro any locals) Liverpool was a bit rough too, on my way to a match in 98, i was 11 with me dad and uncle, and a bunch of scallies came up and tried to start on me for some reason, like fully tryin to hit me and that, good job i was nippy back then, and only pissed off when my uncle screamed at one of them in his birkenhead twang (their faces were priceless). also stayed somewhere in bootle on time, at my mates cousins as a stop off on our way to france. left at 6 in the mornin, drivin down the street only to see this fella with no top on, blood pissing down his face with a 2x4 screamin at some house and being withstrained by about 5 ppl. seriuously not something i wanted to see hungover at that time in the morning:ermm:
