I think Rafa will manage Madrid one day- after all the club is in his blood. He supported them as a kid, played for them and even managed their B team and I think he would love nothing more than to manage them. However, I don't envisage this happening for a long time yet. For a start, I can't see him leaving before we win the league and I reckon he wants to make sure the club is in a stable condition for his successor with everything in place off the pitch as well as on it. I rate Berbatov but as many are already saying here, he's not the player we need at the moment. Lennon's a decent little player though- potentially world class- has great feet but just needs to sort his final ball out and chip in with a few more goals.
