Everyone can see arsenals main problem is when teams sit back and counter and people are moaning when rafa uses this tactic tonight,we pllayed well and should have drawn, the tactic worked and we had plenty of occasions where we could have caught them on the counter we just didnt have the pace to trouble them, if torres was playing I think he would deffo have got a goal today. Noone beats arsenal by going to the emirates and attacking them, arsenal would cut them open, anyone who says we should have went there on the attack knows nothing about football or just wants another reason to moan about rafa

Maybe CP thought common sense was being used?he was talking to people he knew where against the americans and working to try and get rid of them, he had a meeting giving them details and also letting them know he wants the americans out aswell.Maybe he thought as he had given the sos his time and tried to show them he was working for the same thing as them that they would have the common sense not to release the bits of the meeting where he is saying the americans should go as he is still working for them.Maybe the sos should have worked that out when they saw his version of the meeting. Now the sos who is trying to get rid of the owners has fucked up their link with a man on the inside with the same opinion as them and could at worst case scenario get him out of the club.Like I said I think this has done more bad then good.

Can anyone blame him if he doesnt?He didnt have to have the meeting with sos, he did and answered a lot of questions fans want to know, the sos have responded by making problems with him and his employers, if I was him I certainly wouldnt.

I did say people know in simple terms, I have no problem with sos giving details about transfer funds, debts , stadium etc in this statement, but sos could have just given the details about finances etc without putting CP in a difficult situation with the owners. As the sos member said CP was kind enough to meet with you and give the fans inoformation we would otherwise not have, so I do not understand why the sos had to release the bits of the meeting that could possibly cause him problems with the owners when it sounds as if he is trying to do whats best for the club.

I would say the majority of fans know in simple terms we need to get rid of the owners and we aint got no money. The sos even say he says the owners need to go and that he claims he is close to bringing 100m investment in to the club.This is what I and I think most fans want to hear, the owners out more money in. All the sos has done in releasing this is put CPs position at the club in jeopordy, I fail to see how this is helping the club.

It seems to me these sos people are more interested in getting attention and getting on ssn then doing whats best for the club. We have CP who is working well with rafa and if sos minutes are correct knows the problems of the club and is working hard to sort them with owners etc, yet these sos people who supposedly want whats best for the club have put his job at risk with the two cunts who dont give a shit. Also I feel they have brought negative attention to the club when we were already having a bad season, everyone knows the problems we have but we are in the middle of a crucial season where if we dont make top 4 it will be very hard for us in future seasons and we are trying to sell the club and imo these sos people are doing more harm then good.

I think he would be a great signing and the best option we could get in now.We have missed a physical presence up front since crouch left and jones is stronger and better in the air then crouch will ever be.He is also young, knows the league, would be able to play up front alone and offer something different from the bench when torres is fit. Hope this transfer happens

Wigan and Blackburn are not mi tabble teams for one they are below, your right we have spent more then fulham but we are ot competing for them and everyone excepts they have performed better then you would expect thats why hodgson is getting so much credit. Teams below us have spent more like spurs and man city aswell as the other top 3 (maybe not arsenal) while teams like villa, newcastle have spent close to the amount rafa has worked with so I think the saying he has overachieved is a fair statement considering he has always finished in the top four and has reguarly finished above teams that have spent more them him not to mention the trophies and teams he has got us to beat in the cl. You even say this year he had his hands tied which is a major reason for our downfall, we lost key players which needed to be replaced but we also had areas that needed to be added to which could not be because a lack of funds. Rafa has done a great job since he has been at liverpool and is having a blip this season, his squad is shot for confidence and full of injurys yet he is only four points behind these teams that have outspent him, he cant be doing as bad a job as people are making out if redknapp etc are doing a great job

Wenger struggled for fourth last season and is now challenging for the title I really do not get all this stuff about rafa has lost it, this is his only bad season since he has been here and it is down to injuries and not enough investment. It looks like people will only realise what a great manager rafa is when he is gone and we end up with someone like klinsman

Murphys a bitter cunt rafa has had one bad season, his record shows he is the right man for the job, simple as that

We have an example with our current manager, he finished 5th with valencia and the next season won the league and uefa cup, also saying rafa has lost it is wrong

People on here hate the owners and yet they want us to get rid of a world class manager and let these clowns replace him? This is rafas only bad season and we are only four points behind these other teams who are having there best season in years. People have short memories, the profile of LFC has gone way up since rafa has been here and our starting line up when all fit is the best lfc team I have seen in my lifetime (Im 23) and lets not forget rafa has won us trophies and brought us great nights and games we will always remember. Sacking rafa would be a massive mistake and a backwards step, fuck listening to all these cunts putting rafa down and trying to get him sacked just look at what he has done for the club compared to what we had to deal with in the 90s and under houllier. Rafa has to have atleast then end of this season and next, houliier got that and the team he got together was a lot shitter then the one we have now.Rafa knows where we are weak and should have the summer to put things right, if at the end of next season things were are bad as this then would be the time to consider his future, not now or at the end of the season

I watched the england game and wow he made one through pass against shit opposition,I dont remember him making another forward pass in that game.Xabi has not been at his best last season and towards the end of the one before but I think he is clearly a better player and think he would be back to his best next season where he will start hopefully back at full fitness. Barry is not the kind of player we need if xabi is sold though, how is he going to make a difference in the games when teams just sit back against us?Barry only has 3 -4 years left at the top and spendind 10m+ on him is a msitake imo.

Why are people so obsessed with stats, xabi may not have made a lot of direct assists but thats not what his role is really about,he plays deep and his job is too give the ball to the creative players,do the stats show how many times he has made a cutting pass to a player who sets up the player to score or anything like that? I dont need stats to tell me that xabi and full fitness and with a good run in the team will make more cutting passes then a turd like barry.

Alonso was injured for long periods last season and even if Rafa has decided xabi is to be sold barry is not an adequate replacement and is taking us backwards rather then forward. Barry plays in a villa team that plays long balls and all he does is help them keep possesion by passing the ball sideways and backwards, this is not the kind of player we need.His goal record is not impressive and he takes a lot of pens and I can remember too tap ins last season that my nan could have scored so that stats dont really impress me.Also the fee been touted is fucking disgraceful, it has been reported we have bid 10m which is too much so if were still after him we must be willing to pay more which is crazy. Rafa needs to spend his budject on top quality attacking players not blow it on shit like barry,if he sells alonson and needs another cm there is better then barry around that he could probably get for less.

Our team has struggled to break teams down this season so rafa is going to sell one of our most creative players and replace him with a player who is famous for just making sideways passes and is getting fucked over for the fee,am I the only one who doesnt see the logic in this signing.
