I'm a little shocked... I mentioned to my family (well, my dad) the other day that I was thinking about moving to the North of England over the next year or so. He asked where, I said I haven't decided yet but maybe Liverpool or Chester. Well, his response blew my socks off. He said "I wouldn't go there, northerners do not take to southerners at all (I'm from London, see). Good luck, you're gonna need it." I just didn't know what to say. Negative thinking and all that. But then it got me thinking. Is there a North/South divide? I've known people from all the country and all over the world and I've liked the vast majority of the people I've met. It's never entered my mind, "He's from so and so I don't like him." Does it happen? If I moved to the North of England, would I be met with a barrage of abuse or is my old man being a bit of a you-know-what? Over to you guys...

Frack me, Apollo has been at the pies hasn't he?!? Best series on TV, shame it will end on season 4 but hopefully it will return in some guise or other...movie perhaps? Would be great I'm sure. Mini-series is a 3 hour 'pilot' show and the first series continues from where the pilot ends. Worth getting. My ratings... Mini-series...7/10 Series One...9/10 Series Two...9/10 (btw there are 4 episodes in series 2 that I honestly consider to be the finest TV I've seen for a long, long time. Buy and enjoy!!! Can't wait for series 3 to come out. Gimme, gimme, gimme!!!

As a redhead myself the only problems I've ever had with it were at school. For some reason nobody seems to have the balls to say anything about it now that I'm older, bigger, stronger and don't really give a shit anyway. BTW one of the top, top 'pick-up artists' in the world is a red-head. Somehow I don't think you'll hear too many complaints from him about having red hair.

Just been to see it at the flicks. Cracking movie, one of the best so far this year - certainly the best action movie I've seen. Pisses all over Kingdom of Heaven and Troy. 8/10. Well worth it!!!
