  1. He should never be played as a winger in a 4-4-2...
  2. He has just signed for Olympiacos (edit: sorry about to sign). Transfer fee: £400.000-£1m. Greek paper saying they only bought 50 percent of the rights. Didn´t think that happened outside Italy...
  3. He is very much the opposite of Masch. He is a pretty slow player with a below par passing game but he is quite strong in the air and positions himself well. I dont think the English game is suited to him though. Think he will struggle with the tempo of the premiership. Also he wasn´t signed instead of Alonso. He was signed because he was a free transfer. Otherwise he would never have ended up at Juventus.
  4. Ive got nothing against Hodgson. But... I think his main credential is he will sit back and not question the owners or the puppets that are currently the management of our club. I honestly can´t see how anyone can look at his career and think of him as a worthy candidate for the job. He hasn´t won a major trophy and he was sacked at both Inter and Udinese. And only got another chance at Inter because of his personal friendship with Moratti. His teams play a quite boring and predictable 4-4-2 system and I simply can´t see him compromise with this. He has been playing this system since the late seventies with various Scandinavian sides. His career as international manager for minnows like Finland and Switzerland was decent but again - what did he achieve? And also - can anyone name some of the players he has discovered? Brede Hangeland? Chris Smalling?
  5. "10. Sell Cavalieri to Athletico Bilbao for £6M and buy Robert Green from West Ham for £3M." I bet Atletico would love our back up goalie as their first non basque related player:)
