Not likely - Tampa look pretty good so far and I think both teams have to win both their home games to level it up. Not sure either could come back from 0-3 or 1-3 down. Looks as if both their games will be on C5 Tuesday and Wednesday so we shall see.

I thought Toronto were really unlucky in Game 2. First 2 periods they were the better team especially in the second but just didn't score when they had the chances. Shots were 11 to 1 for Toronto and Esche made some big saves. Third period Flyers were on top and scored but even then there were a couple of excellent chances late on for Toronto. The difference in this game were the specialist teams with Flyers scoring 2 power play goals both right at the end of the 5 on 4. Toronto didn't score from any of theirs. Still if they can get Newindyck (sp?) back and Sundin is still fit they aren't out of this yet.

Are we still allowed to talk NHL on here? Watched Canadiens and Lightning this morning and I thought Montreal looked flat just like the Leafs did on Thursday. Obviously playing in a 7 game series takes it out of you. Just hope both teams can recover for their second games. Do you think Flames can beat Detroit or was Game 1 a wake up call that the Red Wings needed ?

Which channel do you watch Andy?? I signed up for NASN just to watch the play offs - over the Easter weekend I was able to watch 9 games and have seen have seen all but one of the Leafs/Sens series. Do you know what happens in the next round ? Is there another draw or is it already decided who plays who ? If it is still on seeding will the winner of Leafs/Sens play Tampa ? I think of all the teams I have seen Colorado have as good a chance as any of going all the way so they should be still in there by 15th.

I taped game 6 and watched it this morning and the performance by Belfour up until Ottawa scored was unbelievable. I think if it wasn't for him Ottawa would have won this easily. My daughter is in Toronto at the moment and she will be trying like mad to get tickets for tomorrow but it seems they are almost impossible to get hold of. She was at Game 1 but hasn't been lucky since. Failing that she goes to a Tailgate Party which they have near the ACC - she says the atmosphere is fanatstic while they watch the game on a big screen. After Game 5 the party just overflowed into the streets and went on for quite a while afterwards. Lets hope they are partying again tomorrow. Go Leafs Go

Just finished watching this game and found it quite funny the blatant biased commentary in favour of Boston. It was on NASN in the UK but they take a feed from ESPN2 and one of the commentators had it in for what he called Montreal's embellishment of injuries. I would be interested to see how he would cope with being smacked in the face by the fist of a 200lb guy or charged at into the boards. I suppose it stems from the Ribeiro incident earlier in the series but to make the assumption that every time a Montreal guy goes down he is faking it seems way over the top.

'I’ve broached the fact that I would like to keep him and I should know by next Monday where we are on that one.' Wonder if the meeting took place and what happened. I saw Cov a few times earlier in the season and Warnock much like Partridge did last season shone through but I am not convinced whether he could do it in the Premiership.

These 2 planks (Parry & Brazil) are masters at creating a whole show out of a a very innocent quote and they always make it sound for real. One of my mates rang me this morning while listening to this and said how can your manager be so arrogant to think Liverpool will win the Premiership next year. Naturally I put him right. Dont forget that Parry is the guy who said he had seen documentary evidence that O'Neill was joining as our manager last year. This evidence was an article in one of the Scottish tabloids.

This game was on Channel 5 over here (well they started with Sharks v Blues and switched) but I had set the video up to switch to Canucks v Flames so missed the final outcome. I saw the first period of overtime and that was fantastic with both sides going for it and the goalies playing out of their skins. Andy By the way I haven't watched the Canucks v Flames game yet (work keeps getting in the way) so please no information on the result.

Can I join the NHL Club ? I was in Toronto in March visiting my daughter who is in college there and we saw Leafs play Boston having seen Sabres against New York Islanders a couple of nights before. As a result I signed up for NASN when I got home just to watch the Play Offs which meant my Easter weekend was spent watching all the games they covered. My daughter managed to get a ticket for the first play off game against Ottawa and said that she had never seen anything like it. One question for you NHL experts - whenever I have declared that I am supporting Toronto to my mates they ask why of all the teams to choose did I pick them.
