I can't judge on borini as i haven't seen him live. But ive seen enough of allen and dempsey. Dempsey can get to fuck as he's not good enough. But anyone thinking allen wouldn't severely improve our midfield obviously hasn't watched him a lot. The guy is a quality player and easily better than adam, henderson, spearing and shelvey. He's still very young so is improving but he's got a lot to his game and I said since the beginning that i'd rather him than gylfi.

Hardly surprising that rodgers doesn't rate him that highly. The type of football he is aiming to play requires a striker up front with great movement, awareness, anticipation and first touch....none of the things carroll has.

What exactly is there to like about henderson? He seems a bit mentally weak as he's a confidence player it seems. In general i don't like confidence players, prefer mentally strong players that no matter what goes wrong they just keep on trying. Henderson isn't one of those players. Just plays it safe because of it and offers nothing apart from hard work. Not a good defensive midfielder, not good going forward either. He's just there.

Was reading about Borini and he sounds a bit like the italian kuyt. This is the bit i'm on about: "On the pitch he is a perfect team-mate. Hope its true. I don't get the love for him on here at all. Poor first touch, poor positional sense and is basically a battering ram who flicks headers on and scores a few goals(not many). Hardly the type of player you want leading the line if you want to play pass and move football.

it was just plain stupid. there's only so much you can get from the reserves. suso is a talent that if he was at arsenal would be getting carling cup games by now. id love us to use that cup for blooding youngsters. coates, sterling and suso need proper competitive games and i hope Rodgers gives them a chance.

They say they're not gonna sell him, but what does do they have as they can't afford to let him go for free(like last season). Well i have to wenger credit, because everytime they lose their top player they still continue to make top 4. When they lost vieira and henry everyone thought they would collapse. Then they lost fabregas and nasri and they still made the top 3. RVP will be a big blow but i think somehow wenger will do it again somehow Sneijder would have gone to the mancs last season but its his wages. I think he wanted something like 250k a week. But he doesn't seem the same player anymore

His height is irrelevant. Ive seen him get knocked off the ball so easily. Yeah but when he made the team he couldn't stay in it as he underperformed. Plus he seems slow and we so need more pace in our team.

My only worry with B-rod is his continual bigging up of carra. I really hope he's not thinking of playing him as a regular in the team ahead of agger and skrtel.

Not convinced by Ramirez, don't think he could handle the premiership. Can't even make the full uruguay team on a regular basis as he's struggled whenever he's been in the team. Would be a huge gamble getting him and he definitely would need a lot of time to settle. The guy is major lightweight.

No i would definitely call him a defensive midfielder as he doesn't offer much going forward and doesn't get into attacking positions enough. Great at what he does and definitely in the top 3 defensive midfielders in the league. I think the games against chelsea and city really gave him confidence after bossing both teams. But i think it will definitely take him a couple of months to recapture his best form.

So you'd rather we stick to our current policy then with paying over the odds for players i take it. They had agreed a deal and then he wanted more when spurs came in. B-rod didn't think he was worth more, its as simple as that. Why try to read more into it than it is?

Personally i think hoillet is better than moses. Either way he would offer a lot more than downing. He has some serious pace to burn.
