  1. Anyone have any links? Thanks!
  2. no it means whore. regardless tho, what it really means is that pound for pound lluis might be the toughest Red. He sure holds his own for a little guy.
  3. Isn't this Senderos youngster from Arsenal the same chap that Houllier had the inside track on signing a few years ago? If so, what happened? Cheers!
  4. The impression I get from reading the aricle is that Lampard was joking with the reporters, not with Gerrard i.e. he did not say this to him at all. I do think however that it's time for Gerrard to shite or get off the facting pot. We have an OUTSIDE chance of winning the CL but realistically the highlight of our season will be 4th place if we can get it. Gerrard needs to decide now if that is good enough and make a stand - either he is with us or he can feck off to Chelsea, Real or wherever! The sun will continue to rise at Anfield road whether he stays or not.
  5. Rafa doesn't have to trash him in public, I agree that can be very counter-productive. But I am not too sure if he has really given him a good, old fashioned, in-your-face dressing down in private either! The amount of times Gerrard has popped off in the press this year and made absolutely stupid, albeit honest, statements which he had no business making as our captain -- even as just a player really! -- just makes me wonder if Rafa has been mano a mano with him. If he has then it doesn't seem to have been very effective!
  6. So he's had to tell him the same thing twice? Is Stevie G thick in the head? Or is Rafa a tad on the soft side? Can you see Souness having to repeat himself over something as important as this? Obviously Souness has other faults but still. I am starting to wonder if Rafa is quite tough enough to manage our club?
  7. I think we will win on Sunday, close game but we will win, maybe 2-1 or some such. We need to beat these sorry phuckers in the worst way. But equally as important, someone needs to give Lampard a thank you card for puttting Xabi out of action til next season. Who will come bearing gifts on Sunday ........ Carra, Didi, Sami, Captain Courageous...??
  8. I have been wondering just how effing long it was going to take Rafa to have a word with Gerrard!! Do any of you seriously believe that Shankly or Paisley or even that twit at Old Trafford would have allowed the media distraction that Gerrard has become to have gotten this far without taking him aside and telling him to just shut the feck up and play football? I mean phucking really now ..........??? Better late than never I suppose but he should have set him straight weeks ago.

  10. Telephone call for Hermes ........ .......... and Stu Monty!
  11. An Italian, and Irishman and a Chinese fellow are hired at a construction site. The foreman points out a huge pile of sand and says to the Italian guy. "You're in charge of sweeping," to the Irishman, "You're in charge of shoveling," and to the Chinese guy, "And you're in charge of supplies." "Now, I have to leave for a little while. I expect you guys to make a dent in that pile." So the foreman goes away for a couple hours, and when he returns, the pile of sand is untouched. He says to the Italian, "Why didn't you sweep any of it?" The Italian replies, "I didn't have a broom. You said the Chinese guy was in charge of supplies, but he disappeared and I couldn't find him." So then the foreman turns to the Irishman and asks why he didn't shovel. The Irishman replies, "I couldn't get myself a shovel. You left the Chinese guy in charge of supplies, but I couldn't find him." The foreman is really pissed off now, and storms off toward the pile of sand looking for the Chinese guy. Just then, the Chinese guy springs out from behind the pile of sand and yells 'SUPPLIES!"
  12. No .... but as long as you're making, I'll have a cup .....
  13. " To be honest I wish he'd gone, and took Owen with him." It's "taken" not "took" .......... speak the Queen's English for fekks sake! Something really rubs me the wrong way with this whole affair. One the one hand I cannot fault Stevie for listening to other offers. Loyalty is one thing but blind loyalty is nonsense, regardless of whether or not he is a local lad or not. But the three week period btwn the first rumour and today's pledge of allegiance was unnecessary and very hurtful. Owen's bleatings to the press yesterday were also very disturbing. If he really said all that was reported re his future being linked with Stevie saying or not then what th efuck is that all about? Rick Parry also did not handle this situation as I would have liked. His comments from the conference made it sound as if we should all be eternally grateful that Stevie has decided to stay. He should have instead told both of them to fekk off and die if they did not want to play for LFC and help Benitez to bring home #19. Keegan, Rush, Souness all left the club. Robbie was forced out by Houllier just the other day. There was a time in all these player's careers when it would have been blasphemy to even consider them playing for another club. But they all left and guess what ...... LFC lived on and prospered. And that is exactly what would happen had Stevie buggered off to Liverpool and even taken Owen with him. I do not know what really transpired the last three weeks in Stevie's head or btwn himself and Chelsea. Certainly 90% of what you read in the papers is utter shite not to mention what is posted on forums such as this. I feel that Stevie should, and could, have said he was staying sooner, that Michael should have shut his trap and realised that he is contracted to and well paid by LFC to play football regardless of whomever is on the pitch and that limp-dick Parry should have read them both the riot act and made them know in no uncertain terms that LFC only wants players who want her and if that was not the case then they could go, and happily so! However, I will not hold a grudge over this. Everyone deserves a second chance. If Stevie is the selfish arrogant prick that some of you make him out to be then this will be revealed soon enough. As for Michael, he needs to focus on regaining his place as one of the best strikers in the game for I do not feel that Benitez will be as indulgent as Houllier was. If he does not produce he will find himself on the bench, I am sure of it. For now they are both a part of LFC and I will be pulling for them both to help the team get back to it s rightful place as the best football club in the world.
  14. How about Johan Neeskens?
  15. Guys -- have only seen ALT very briefly this season when he came on as a sub at Ewood Park. I liked the little that I saw and I have of course heard and read a lot about him since he signed for us 2 yrs ago. But to those who have seen him play for the reserves etc, how good is this lad really? Another Platini ..... or Cheyrou?
  16. So you are not a racist then? Just a piss poor poet? Carry on then mate. But remember, the higher the monkey climbs the more is ass his exposed so we shall see.
  17. Find another rhyming scheme then! Or find another board to post your rubbish on!!
  18. If losing at Goodison will make Parry show GH the door then I hope we get six. Slag me off all u want -- no one on this board loves LFC more than I do and losing to the Blues is not something I thought I would ever hope for in life. But GH has to go so we can get on with the job of restoring our club to where it belongs -- the best FC in the England, Europe and the world.
