Hi If anyone can help me with a wee problem, that would be appreciated. I sent my mate a link to the iraqgoals stream site for the Middlesborough game and it crashed his laptop (could have been a coincidence of course). Basically, his PC froze and then couldn't be shut down apart from removing power. It will not boot up now. Blue screen of death basically and/or lots of unintelligible messages. Does anyone know of other instances of this site causing problems, or can offer any advice generally? A colleague of my mate has said he has heard of some hard core Torjans emanating from sites like this. I, for one, have never had any problems. It sounds to me like it has fried his OS (Vista) and we should re-install but has anyone has got any other ideas? He's coming round tonight so we can have a look, so I will have more diagnostics then (he is not computer literate so getting an understanding over the phone isn't easy). I am marginally more literate so can follow basic instructions! By the way, Vista machines don't get an OS disk when you buy them, how do you restore without? Thanks in advance
