Im getting this in early as i want to rid that dross from last night out of my mind. What do we think then? The team that beat the champions were completely outplayed by a team certain to be fighting for relegation in May. Should we make changes? Stoke are a home team if ever there was one, and if we turn out like we did last night - we will be punished. Only Pepe and woeful finishing stopped that being defeat number 5 last night. Its fairly obvious were gonna be subjected to lengthy antics of ball wiping and long throws - so its imperative Soto comes back imo. Early thoughts?

Gerrard and Nando left out - Liverpool FC Why the fuck they need to be rested?? Two months into season, playing shit, why do we need to rest players? The only thing I can think about is the fact that Hodgson know that we´ll get destroyed anyway, so he prepares for excuse " that we rested key players". By the way in article is written that Kuyt, Agger and Johson are injured, and Gerrard with Torres rested. But if you check the travelling squad than it is clear that also Meireles and Lucas are left at home which is little bit surprise for mi, especially in case of Pezzini Leiva, who didn´t play a lot so far so I´ve expected him to start this game.
