can anybody help me ,i parked my car in a ncp car park at a railway station yesterday ,i bought a ticket which allowed me to stay there till 4 in the morning i was delayed and got back 10 oclock this morning only to find a penalty charge notice on my car for £75 .is it worth appealing or as someone suggested to me just ignore it

Superb, not only are we living in a country that hopes to keep people out of jail because it costs too much money to lock them up, the plod are now seemingly allowed to bin crimes they don't like the looks of. Elephant in the room this really though as it's been going on for years, whether they admit it or not. We got a letter after someone stole the lead off our work roof a while back which literally said 'we are no longer investigating this crime'. They'd never been to the office though, never asked us if we had cameras or came to dust for prints - the crime was just 'logged'. The danger here is what is 'unsolvable'? The example they use is when someone has had their bike nicked but there's no CCTV. Why does that make it unsolvable? Or did Robert Peel take the same approach? Also, if these crimes are screened out, does that mean the true picture of how much crime is in your area is recorded? Or do they only record the ones they like the looks of? I need some help with a french translation. Im designing some postcards for a friends school to send home to the kids when they've done well and Im on the french one, I want to put well done on it in french, but have gotten a few different results from online translators. Any help? So far Ive had bien faits, puits - faits, bravo, bien cuit.
