  1. Well he is a wise man then Boss he might just be a voyuer rather than a poster. I would not want a few of you on my jury. I used to think Jurys were good but now I realise when people have biases they are looking for information than confirms their bias. Rather than viewing stuff objectively.
  2. It was a bit funny at first but when people keep calling you someone you are not what are you supposed to do. Change my username to Code will that make people feel better. The mods are welcome to check my IP address anytime I have posted to confirm this. It is Kafkaesque mlud. You say something and people think hold on Frod might have those views. As for a wum not sure how you are supposed to respond to hearing the same dry stuff said at you. Genuine question as I am not Code imagine how I view people calling me Code?. I view them as being obsessed with this man, he is on twitter feel free to engage with him. https://twitter.com/fmyrhol
  3. Look you boring and repetitive delusional weirdos. I am not Frod and it is getting tedious nearly as tedious as reading a post by Major Tom. Look it’s not me it is you, now get over it he is gone get over it.
  4. This is displayed at the ground we bought him back.
  5. Just to add one of the rumours doing the rounds. Agger told Liverpool if he did not get the Barca move (Vermelan) that they should accept a bid from Brondby as that is his preferred choice and he is not interested in any other English team. Brondby can't afford much and have bid around £2-3million and he would take a huge huge paycut to play for them. Normally I would think that is a lot of rubbish as Agger still has a lot to offer and can play at a much higher level. But he does seem the sort to go back and play for his hometown team. Liverpool are worried that he would not pass a medical.
  6. Oh Liverpool must keep the battling Agger http://www.espnfc.com/club/liverpool/364/blog/post/1978351/daniel-agger-linked-with-liverpool-exit
  7. I heard he is not even the best fb at Seattle the man standing next to him is the guru.
  8. This transfer seems something that we would get mixed up in. Go get on this one Ian. In Mexico, Alan Pulido is considered a star: maybe because of his love story with the famous TV presenter Gaby Ramirez or maybe simply because he scores a lot. Nine goals in 19 games in Clausura with Tigres. The 23-year-old striker is similar to Montella. Parma moved concretely to acquire him in January. Now he’s the protagonist of a story that is almost unbelievable. Pulido dreams of moving to Serie A, he’s in Italy, along with his agent Felipe Ayala, to talk with several clubs. But his departure from Tigres has become a case: Pulido claims to be a free agent, but the Mexican club doesn’t agree. Both Tigres and the president of the Mexican FA showed on TV a contract, signed by Pulido, which expires in 2016 and basically stops him from reaching an agreement with other clubs. Pulido doesn’t give up, he asserts that the signature on the contract with Tigres is fake. This situation prevented him from joining Olympiakos, even though they had already reached an agreement. There is one more details: the player returned to training with Tigres, but the coach sent him to the B-team. At that point, Pulido fled to Italy, waiting for a positive ending.
  9. I doubt lazio will be selling a young hope as the fans have not been impressed by their version of Ian Ayre. This from a few weeks back. They got De Vrij in the end. http://www.football-italia.net/52688/tare-suffers-lazio-revenge Lazio director Igli Tare said fans have leaked his phone number, sent harassing messages and booked fake plane tickets. The director of sport spoke to Il Tempo newspaper after he personally tried to calm a crowd of furious fans when the club lost transfer target Davide Astori to rivals Roma this week. “After that night at the Auronzo di Cadore camp and the confrontation with the fans over Astori, the trouble really started,” explained Albanian former striker Tare. “Someone must’ve got hold of my phone number, as I found it on the internet. The usual threatening messages started arriving, but not just those. “There were strange calls, like one from Alitalia because somebody had booked a flight to Rotterdam in my name. I spent two hours trying to undo it and figure out who had done this. “Over the next few days I’ll be forced to change my phone number again, which won’t be an easy task as that is a fundamental instrument in my work. “Many problems are emerging, but what upsets me the most are the things said to my family.” It is likely the flight to Rotterdam was a hint from ultras, as Tare is meant to be in negotiations with Feyenoord for defender Stefan De Vrij. Nonetheless, Lazio are expected to lose out again, this time to Manchester United.
  10. Just to add I am not moaning about the lack of spending. By the end of the window we would have spent anywhere between 100-140 million a shitload of money. That amount is unprecdented ever in our history and nearly every manager is envious of our spend. Just questioning your idea that we can't attract players due to location/success. The bottomline is what happens on the pitch for the next two seasons will show if it was the right choice.
  11. When was the last time we sold the 3rd best player in the world and recouped the 3rd highest transfer fee in. Now I totally get what they are doing. They are buying players with low risk and potential high resell value. All who are on relative low wages compared to what a Sanchez or Cavani or say a Di Maria would want . From the outside it looks like a business choice rather than an issue with players not wanting to come here because we are unstable etc. They have made the choice of quantity over quality and the results on the pitch will judge if it was the right call. But I don't like to be fed your lazy bullshit that players will not come here. Or the club is considered unstable. As far as I see it Liverpool is the 10th richest club with sponsorships deals everywhere. In a league that is quite attractive to outsiders. If you just said it was their choice to do low risk deals fair enough but you have spun your own version of events.
  12. You would think we were Newcastle the way you waffle on. Or that we are located in some Russian wartorn land.
  13. Falcao, don't worry I hear Ian Ayre has a long time relationship with the Colombians.
  14. Considering his form dipped a bit towards the end it is still pretty good. Shocked at Cech thought he would have been way above everyone in the same time period.
  15. I am willing to bet most lads are not asked with the history of most women. If we did sit and think who has been there, well. Anyway if Carlton Cole has slept with over 1000 women there is a high chance that someone reading this thread has had his sloppy seconds even you El.
  16. If this BringbackBiscan is as knowledgble as Frod he seems like a great poster to discuss football. Is he on twitter as I would like to read his views or do I need to pay and join to hear his expert analysis on the members forum. Is it worth joining the members forum then I can maybe engage more with the anti- Norgie gang.
  17. Agree people need to calm down with the hype, People are mentioning this kid with the likes of Champions league and World Cup winning players and some of the most sought after and rated midfielders like Vidal and Pogba and erm some oaf named Diame. Saying that we do actually need him to be good as we need the right balance in midfield. So if not he could be high on the escapegoat list. But a bit behind Lambert who has gone from an inspired Gary Mc signing to Andy carrolls slower older brother in the eyes of some. I also have my eye on Lovren and Markovic for the escapegoat list as the later has been overhyped "as could be as good as Ronaldo". No pressure then for the newbies.
  18. I think Gerrard would end up playing backup to Alonso who is much more disciplined and mixes up his passes better than Gerrard. Knows when to play it short or long etc. Both are fantastic passers but Alonso has been big pimping that role for a generation. I actually think Alonso is much more suited to Mourinho, Benitez and DelBosque. Who give their midfielders much stricter instructions and are more concerned about balance and control than going gungho. It won't happen but Alonso does have a dilemma of what/where to go next.
  19. Agreed best keeper I have seen in 20 odd years at Liverpool and it is a shame the stuff he gets. But I guess football is a sport with huge emotion and we rarely think in a pragmatic way about our players. Every player is only a few games away from riducule and abuse or worship or in some cases constant abuse and ridicule.
  20. I remember thinking no Alonso but Zenden starts. Rafa you mad bastard and erm oh Agger!. That was the 3rd semi in a row we beat old shitcoat sandwiched inbetween the FA Cup funtimes.
  21. Take that Robben Pepe is coming for you. Liverpool celebrate beating Chelsea in the 2007 Champions League semi-final
  22. Neuer will have a fight on his hands from Reina, Neuer is like a young Pepe Reina but with Hair and german and taller. He may well do a Borini and want to fight for his place though. Am I right in thinking he is only behind Hyppia as a non British born player in the amount of games he has played. What a servant is our Reina. If he accepts the Bayern offer good luck and I hope we can get Mignolet to reach Reinas best and we will all be happy.
  23. I think this whole who is a big club is more relevant to fans than players. Players just want to win and play with good players and earn good money in most cases. If they can do it at City or Liverpool or United and Chelsea it rarely matters. Some South American players might want a Spanish speaking country as a lifestyle choice rather than Real Madrid or Barca. In some cases players do not even know where they are. Was it Robinho who said he was happy to be at Chelsea as he was unveiled at Manchester and a lot of players do not know if Liverpool is close to London or Manchester until they arrive. Most would not recognise Alan Hansen from Gary Linekar. You often hear some player’s especially when they turn up at Newcastle thinking it was in London. Often something trivial like Lovren adoring Igor Biscan changes the view of a club. Or Henry and Fabregas raving about Arsenal to Sanchez in the past. Markovic dream was to play for Chelsea. But we offered him a huge increase on his current wages and a chance to compete at a high level. Before he could rip down his Lampard poster he had added Gerrard on twitter. Often players fall in love with a league or worship a player as much as a club. Lucas and Coutinho especially have prob done more for our chance of getting good Brazilian players than some of our titles in the 80’s. No laughing at the mention of Lucas at the back please. I would also add more young players know and care more about Istanbul than Bob and Bills epic legacy. There are prob a handful of players like Suarez, Ronaldo and Messi who can pick where they play. The rest in most instances do not have the choice. Players are often impressed with the history but good players want to be part of making history.
