Starting to play how Rodgers wants us to play, I've said it all along it takes time. Good result, decent performance and plenty of positives! With Wisdom and Kelly we have potentially 2 of the best rbs in England, I said last year Kelly is better than Johnson now but I think Wisdom could be even better, scary thing is right back is neither of their natural position!

Can't see Soldado moving on in January, they should qualify for the the next stage of the CL, doing decent in the league and surely are not in such a desperate position financially that they need to raise cash mid season? Same goes for Huntelaar I guess. Would anyone want us to spend money on our 3/4 choice striker and finish say 6th then not afford our top target in the summer or play the hand we are already dealt and just soldier on with the limited numbers up top now and finish 8th or 9th then get our main targets in the summer and have a real go for 4th next year. Your thoughts guys?

Some dick on Sunday Supplement when mentioning Gareth Bales growing diving reputation replied with "well he's not Luis Suarez" my point being, why is there any need to bring him up when discussing a Wales vs Scotland game? It's 100% a smear campaign and its getting impossible not to see it and ignore it

1. If we bought a quick fix replacement, it would take us another 2 seasons to offload the said player, why not wait until our no.1 targets become available? Granted it would slow us right down in the short term but Rodgers is here for the long haul, it's time we look at the bigger picture, and 2. It's naive to think that the manger does the negotiating, he gives a list of players he wants to the clubs hierarchy, they then decide who is viable financially and then discuss the options with the manager, maybe Rodgers was told players i.e Dempsey/Sturridge/Walcott would be signed once Carroll had left but they failed to secure these deals in time. It happens we as a club and fans just have to accept that at the moment we haven't sufficient strikers and games like the stoke one will happen until it is addressed, I fully believe in time Brendan will get it right, just takes time, EVERYONE should support him fully for the next year and judge him once him methods are fully implemented.
