  1. if he'd forced a move to Chelsea we would have
  2. not the point Im making, if Torres hands in a transfer request we'll all turn on him and rightly so.
  3. Dear Liverpool supporters, I would like to say goodbye and thank you for the opportunity to play in this fantastic club. I would like to thank the fans for their support; you're unbelievable. I would also like to thank the staff and my team mates. I would like to wish the club all the best for the new season, I can see there's a lot of changes taking place and its like a breath of fresh air into the club. I think the club will have a very positive future. I want the fans to remember me as a player who tried to give his best. My first year here was one of the best seasons and the closest the club have come to winning the Premier League. Last season was a season for everyone to forget in all ways, which can happen to any club. In football it's important to look forward and forget the past. I felt it was time for a change and I'm looking forward now to the new challenges which lie ahead. Best wishes Albert Riera hope to christ he knows something we dont
  4. anyone think its a battle to get the fans backing Purslow saying Torres needs to hand in trandfer request Torres saying the club broke promises and he's entitled to go it doesnt take 2/3 days to sort this shit out unless there is a major disagreement
  5. according to hunter theyre only interested in fabregas deal
  6. graham hunter was on talksport earlier saying liverpools negotiating has improved under purslow - not difficult though I suppose- also said city was a non starter and barcelona - chelsea only option for him other than staying. If he goes there after parading around with the world cup in a liverpool scarf then he is an absolute twat
  7. gone on long enough now - he needs to say what the fuck is going on
  8. broughton wouldnt haven taken it on if he didnt think he'd deliver
  9. Im starting to think we've hired a coach and not a manager
  10. dont like the fact that Hodgson is distancing himself from it all he's the fucking manager and should be the one sorting it out imo
  11. doesnt sound good - even worse is if he does it'll be chelsea

Earlier on Friday, it was reported the contract is on the verge of being finalised. "Insua? There are plenty of negotiations as we continue to achieve our objectives. To definitely close [the deal] takes the signatures of three parties. We are on track," he told mediaset. "[Midfielder Stafano] Guberti or another external arrival? For us it's already a sacrifice to keep the same squad we had last season in addition to those that have already arrived. "It's also true that there are still 40 days left in the market and Fiorentina will pay attention to any opportunities that arise." Meanwhile, Corvino also explained the decision to appoint Sinisa Mihajlovic as tactician following the departure of Cesare Prandelli to lead the Italian national team. "Mihajlovic was a choice based on the quality of his work. Our group after five years [with Prandelli] needed new motivation and Maihajlovic could bring his natural experience as a winner," he concluded.

  15. Man City in for Landon Donovan, SWP going somewhere. with Roy saying he wants English talent I reckon he could be our new number 7
  16. Wilshere was signed at 9 doubt wenger spotted him and he paid 5 million for ramsey herdly plucked out of obscurity
  17. the difference is he didnt spend millions on them like wenger did makes me laugh when people say wenger spots the kids, how much did he pay for Walcott, Ramsey, Diaby
  18. correct carling cup and europa league for me. I personally think Shelvey could get a reasonable amount of games this year
  19. you wont be saying that in december if we're mid table how many kids have broken through at chelsea, man utd or arsenal in that period
  20. Roy will go for players with premier experience as he doesnt have time for them to settle in - we need to get off to a good start or he'll be under pressure and he knows it
  21. agreed cant believe anyone would pay that for him never good enough for us
  22. to be fair we've probably been after him for months
