    Has anyone heard the interview? Not very convincing. Said he is biased towards rafa as rafa gave him a chance to say a proper goodbye. Never actually said we should stick with rafa. Was prompted by the guy and said something like 'yeah I guess so'

    Can't listen to the link but was posted in the reiera thread as fowler saying "rafa won the champions league in his first year but hasn't won much since.....if the owners feel a change is required so be it" apparently from the BBC too. Not sure if it is a misquote though

    Don't think we over achieved last year. I think it was progression from previous years. This year we have regressed with results but more worryingly the way we play bad tactical decisions have remained a constant though through rafa's tenure. That's why i'm for a change. He won't change his outlook. Just doesn't fit with winning this league

    Personally even his 5 player quote was misquoted. He said he loves the club and doesn't see himself leaving. He has said it many times. And like I said his image and money the yanks would make from him are masisive. I think people ate doing it deliberately. Thing about torres is he is extremely loyal. Was loyal to atletico and is to Liverpool. Of course one day he could leave, but he won't do yet

    Have to disagree with this Ian. The season runs from August to May, not from March to May. Assessing it overall we've been poor and it's been a poor season. You cannot judge a season based on the last 3 months. Rafa only lets the team off the leash in the last three months of a season and our performances improve. In the past it's saved his job, but i hope the people in charge (whoever they are) see through it this time I'm not going to slag Rafa off, there's no point. I think he divides fans like no other. Some people love him, some don't. I think it should be the end of the road for him as Liverpool manager, regardless of if we finish top four or not. I believe he's taken us as far as he can
