Yeh I don't think he deserves to stay because of not receiving enuff backing. That's jz an excuse. He has had resources. Might not hav as much as others, but then this is the real world, and you gotta find a way to win no matter what. The main prob is in all his tenure, the signs are still there..playing workhorses (Kuyt), playing to not lose, being crap at managing players..He doesn't look like he's gonna change, so the best choice would be for us the change a new manager then. If he had won a major trophy recently then fair enough, but in his 6 years, he's only won one major trophy..not good nuff imo

There's no movement, no creativity, no flow, no technique to the way he plays.. And he only plays defensively..Hope he goes..
