  1. others agree and they arent obviously anti- lfc....then again, im sure you'll find a reason!! READ Des Kelly: Kenny Dalglish is wrong | Mail Online
  2. look i see your point about 'modern day fan'. I agree with you . Im not going with that. Id like to see kenny given another season to correct the horrible errors. We dont know who sanctioned the andy transfer, who knows.. He might come great, but i doubt it. The others are marque signings and have, at best, been ok. No matter who it is, they have to take responsibility for that, thats all im saying. For whatever reason, we are where we are and its not good enough.....someone has to be accountable for that. I saw the 'king' play and also was there for his best moments as a manager, but we have to decide, with out too much sentiment, if he is the man to take us forward etc etc, thats all im trying to say.
  3. your sad little internet insults are why we are so shite....same mentality...sad , so sad. You cant see that this more than likely is not going to work,,,,,oh wait, grow up. Do you really think i care if you dont like what i say.........oh im blubbing! Yes, was drunk , but meant every word!!
  4. ah i see, so speaking whats bloody obvious to all, but noone will say, is bad is it? Or you like being a fucking second bester and it feels good. I dont like it, we play to win, not be second best and we have been lucky to be 2nd domestically for 20 years......!
  5. this is a continuation of last weeks post. I sit here every saturday and look at the table. I kow we didnt play today, but just look at it. Anybody who says we have improved a lot isnt serious. I mean last year Kenny created miracles, but this season we have been pants again. 7th and in danger of being lower. We are 10 points of 4th, thats a disgrace. I was hoping for 4th or just miss out at the end of season etc.....this is scandelous. We have spent a lot of money and are in a woeful league position. Beating the bittwers was great and broke the beaten run, but i fear we are in for more bad times. We have become a bloody cup team. Its so awful to watch. Brendan rodgers. We were looking at young managers to build a future, legacy...he might be that man. Kenyy is diamond but he has not performed this year, at all. We need new blood with a simlar ethos, no disrespect to kd. Fuck deschamps etc, bring in a young, clued up, brit manager. Bring it on
  6. Before i start, ill just qualify why im able to write on this. I was a season ticket holder in 88/89 -89/90 at anfield. Im an out of towner, but born on isle of man (just dispelling out of townerr/cockney thing). I have breathed every breath that the club has, since i was old enough to understand. I lived through kenny the first time...he was great. I was at celtic park the day of hillsborough, i had tickets but my dad took me to scotland on business!! Lucky. From a dark distance, i remember that day etc etc. Im a totally loyal fan. But, despite loving kd, and the team, we are not performing. We have spent big and yet are only 2 points , with a game in hand , over makems. A club that were near bottom and had only a good manager to help them. Again, game in hand, 10 points off chelsea..a club that not performed this year. What can you say....regardless of a cup win, this is awful. Im not saying we should ask for certain heads, but someone has to take the heat on this. We cannot, no matter what the romantic instincts are, get romantic. Yes, its only a year, but the performances, over-all, have been pretty shocking. Our goal scoring is pretty much the worst in living memory. I wont go into the signings, point fingers and talk too much about the money spent etc. Fact is, we arent doing it...which ever way you twist it. Its piss poor and someone has to answer for that......whoever that may be. We have to stop making excuses and looking for conspiracies ...........we need to sort our own boat out before blaming the other rowers. out
  7. corrrection: we have tried
  8. You lot, at least some of you are halping it. Oh we are scousers and we as lfc couldnt be racist.the fact is that it occurs, even at anfield. Thankfully, it s a rare thing , but, because we have adred to defend our p;layer/club we are now targets. Its cos the press hate us, kenny and because we are a great club tht is now shit, albiet in name. The harsh realities are kicking in, the doubters are knocking on our door!!
  9. The insult seemed to strike Tom Adeyemi with the force of a sniper's bullet. He froze, then strode back to the byline from where the jibe had come; an isolated figure staring into a sea of hostile faces. He made a brief, helpless gesture, then he turned away again, the tears spilling down his face. And in those deeply disturbing moments, the ugliness of racism confronted the people who control Liverpool Football Club. Flashpoint: Adeyemi reacts with disgust after alleged abuse was directed at him Flashpoint: Adeyemi reacts with disgust after alleged abuse was directed at him For this incident in the 80th minute of the Liverpool-Oldham FA Cup tie was not something which could be brushed aside as a trivial misunderstanding. This was a bright, intelligent and plainly sensitive 20-year-old being called, according to witnesses, a ‘******g black b******’. PATRICK COLLINS COLUMN Read Patrick Collins' column from the Mail On Sunday: Two defeats and the mob are baying for Ferguson's blood Both sets of players, including the Liverpool captain, Steven Gerrard, helped to control and console him, but humiliation had been inflicted upon a distraught young man. Those of us who covered football across the country some 30 years ago will recall with revulsion that this kind of outrage was encountered on a weekly basis. Football grounds were frequently squalid, unpleasant places in which racist abuse was routinely bellowed. But the world has moved on, standards have changed, and conduct which was merely despicable in past decades is now practically unthinkable. Which explains why that vile eruption at Anfield on Friday evening is a cause for real concern. That's him: Adeyaemi points out the culprit while Latics manager Paul Dickov looks on (below) That's him: Adeyaemi points out the culprit while Latics manager Paul Dickov looks on (below) Now, it goes almost without saying that the overwhelming majority of people who watch Liverpool genuinely abhor racism. The same applies to those who make the decisions at the football club. It was the nudge-nudge, nose-tapping reaction of a man who is not remotely as clever as he imagines But, after events of the past few weeks, those decision makers — and most obviously the manager, Kenny Dalglish — must surely be asking themselves some pointed questions. The details are well-known. The accusation that Liverpool’s Luis Suarez racially abused Patrice Evra, of Manchester United, during a 1-1 draw at Anfield in October was publicly prejudged by Dalglish. Evra’s credibility was clumsily traduced, while Suarez was portrayed as a paragon. In a woefully crass gesture, Dalglish and his players paraded in supportive T-shirts. A siege mentality was cynically created, persuading a number of supporters to believe that the world was persecuting their club. Calm down: Gerrard intervenes while a sign at Anfield clearly states the rules Then, after a long and remarkably exhaustive inquiry led by a QC, an FA commission concluded that the accusation was indeed well-founded, and Suarez was fined and suspended for eight matches. It was at this stage that Dalglish and his superiors could have defused the tension with civilised contrition. Instead, and in the face of all the facts, they opted for dim truculence. There were murmurings of prejudice, questioning of the FA’s credibility. When Suarez released a particularly evasive statement, Dalglish described it as ‘brilliant’. At every stage, the manager played to the public gallery, piling on the sense of paranoia. He plumbed the depths on Wednesday evening, when he told a Press conference: ‘There’s a lot of things we’d like to say and a lot of things we could say, but we’d only get ourselves into trouble. But we know what has gone on.’ Siege mentality: Liverpool have been criticised for the way in which they handled the Luis Suarez race row affair Siege mentality: Liverpool have been criticised for the way in which they handled the Luis Suarez race row affair Siege mentality: Liverpool have been criticised for the way in which they handled the Luis Suarez race row affair It was the nudge-nudge, nose-tapping reaction of a man who is not remotely as clever as he imagines. What did they want to say? Who was stopping them from saying it? What trouble could they possibly invite? And why did they not say it to the inquiry? By propagating such nonsense, a fine club was demeaned and a notable manager sadly diminished. Yet again there were indications that many Liverpool supporters were swallowing the Dalglish line. There was an unhealthy sense that a terrible injustice had been done. After all, their Kenny had as good as said so. Which brings us back to the events of Friday evening. In his moments of retrospection, does Dalglish ever wonder if his own posturing might have helped create a climate in which intolerance could thrive? Has he considered offering an apology on behalf of all the people he represents? And will he ask his decent supporters to turn in the racist? His answers would be interesting. Who knows, they might even spare another young man the suffering of Tom Adeyemi. Read more: Liverpool race row, Tom Adeyemi: Patrick Collins has his say | Mail Online He really needs to calm his palms. We are not a racist club at all. I remember jon barnsie having bananas thrown at him ....we have gone a long way to stop that. One small minded burk has done this and it in, no way, represents the fans of our club.Ridiculous witch-hunt, thatsd all it is
  10. listen to the fucking interview.....and its contetx. Grump kenny to press, not so in private life. After playing days he could drink and did so in company cos he was sociable and not withdrawn etc. Its not hard to understand what he meant, if a little clumsilly put. Some of you are fucking sad...always lucking to be the injured party...blahdee fucking blah....no wonder everyone thinks we whine all the time...by jesus. ps. dont like lawro either by the way
  11. im not saying luis is 'totally ' innocent ...we just dont know ad are hoping. But we are a democracy and kangaroo courts are not supossed to be legal. You need EVIDENCE...thats it. You cant defame someone outwith the law of the land and just get away with it. If its not 'conclusive', ie somethig the met should look into , he is innocent , but his names has been r ruined....thats a big fee for the poor ladf!!
  12. if true, why the hell did suarez say he said 'negrito' not negro.......they are similar but not same. Negro, as we all know is the original latin name. Negrito is diminutive...that can be affectionate or patronising, depending on context and culture!! This is hard. I want to belive the best but its scary.
  13. If, however, we find out that he was lying to us (which we cant) he has taken the piss by lying, defamed the club and is a cunt. A bit of banter is one thing......and im sure if you played in J league youd get 'whitey' banter.....but if he said the shit he is reputed to have said, then he needs out...fr so many reasons that i need not explain. I pray he didnt and dont think he did by the sounds of his rep.
  14. I personally go with suarez, cos i belive him...but that means little. On the face of it, the fa should have slapped both in the face, told them 3 match ban each and not fuck us around......job done! Noone knows what exactly was said.....thats the point. You cant take evra evidence and confirm it, but suarez's....then nail luis but not patrik. Its like when you have two kids at school. You get bored with their bull and just send into one corner, the other the opposite corner and be done with it.......silly
  15. and i might add.this obne for the future bollox..well you dont blow 35 mill on one for the future and then have no main finisher except for the former. He was bought for now....regardless if he cost 20 or 35 mill.and now we are truly fucked
  16. our attack hasnt been shit.it just needs a fucking decent fucking striker ...instead we have a half pissed geordie cart horse who, though he played better tonight, lets the game pass him by and offers very fucking cunting little. Fuck
  17. fucking kneejerk maybe but 4th unlikely and kenny will ending up losing his fucking job cos of a cunt ref on a cold night in london.....this is gonna be the result that really fucks us....the what if game
  18. what a joke.he went in legit, one footed low tackle, won ball and both legs naturally raised as he slid.....that cant ven be a yellow, let alone a red...what a cunt ref
  19. mail saying its a cast too. It looks like a caste but the outside is cloth not hard shit.....so i dont think it is one....though its hard to see well. If it is a bandage its odd that its from toes to just under the knee..that would be some infection..actually looking again, it is a cast cos it doesnt follow the curve under his foot...its straight across his instep. So infectuion my spotty arse,,,,,there is something really weird going on here.....
  20. it looks like a bandage not a cast, i think. I was thinking the same. Its very odd. Also, how do you get an ankle infection without some cut, operation etc.....i mean ive never had infections unless i get stung , cut etc . I suppose it works like a boil or spot, but its stilll very unusual and very very odd,.
  21. sorry if its been posted anywhere...but heres the link grim news and very worrying.again an infection...quite odd that he gets these all the tme....whats that all about? Liverpool FC set to lose Steven Gerrard for up to two months > Liverpool FC > Sport | Click Liverpool
