You're right Immobile wasn't a success and not every buy works out. But they get it right more times than not which is why they have Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan after losing Götze and Lewandowski and when they go will probably buy some great replacements. We on the other hand lose class and sign the likes of Ricky Lambert and Balotelli.

That's true but the point I was trying to make is that when Dortmund's best players leave for big money, they usually replace them with top quality too. I'm not advocating sell our best players every summer but in the times when a player is adamant he wants to go and we get handed 30-70million for them we need to sign just as good quality.
