    to be honest i really cant see us selling him to chelsea or man city not now or in the summer lets face it would city or chelsea sell us 1 of there top players at anytime? nope the answer would be they wont sell them to a rival im not even going to panic over this it smells of torres throwing his toys out of his pram in frustration that we have not signed players in the january window its 1 way of getting peoples attention aint it look at rooney a tevez and this smells of the same bullshit as what happened with them

    i think if anything a short statment thanking Roy for his efforts (even though he probably didnt deserve it) would have served better giving them a prod as you say graham is all well and good but the problem is you can only give someone a gentle prod so many times they will soon get fed up with it and it will create an ill feeling between the club and SOS if it was me in that position id give them till the end of the season before i started that and then id use them gentle prods sparingly

    im not rafa's biggest fan but like a few have pointed out most of the team are his players that he brought in and knows them better than anyone and at this moment in time perhaps thats what we need to get us out of this shit the players know his way and aslong as he is kept on a short leash (ie stick with the first team only) then i cant see a problem yes there are other managers that would love the job but would need time to sort things and get the team playing the way they want them to and time is something we really dont have if we are to even think of playing in europe next season i really dont think the likes of kenny would be a good idea he has been out of the managment for around 12 years and the game has changed so much since then and id hate for him to be turned on if things didnt get better under him

    to a degree you have to have some sympathy for him because even before he was given the job nobody really wanted him here and that has carried through till now i think he his hear till the end of the season and that just something we are going to have to put up with and hope he does turn things around

    making money making a profit and being richer is part and parcel of being in business mate and aslong as the club does not suffer or go without what it needs then i wouldnt begrudge them for it before we even get to the point of talking about this i think its fair to say NESV deserve a fair crack of the whip and see what they can do and if they stay true to there word on what they want to achieve with the club first dont get me wrong im not saying its a bad idea but lets get our breath back from the stormy few years we have had under the last ownership first

    valid question i think and one that would be nice to have an answer to if NESV do return the club to the good old glory days would people want to upset the apple cart with a fan buyout (part or full) and 2 would it then be affordable to the average fan? after all sucess on any front in business bumps the price higher

    fuck sake its about time good old roy took responsibility for HIS players!! yes woy they are YOUR players you ARE the manager therefore it is YOUR squad!! sick of it now hearing him blame everyone and everthing else other taking the responsibility himself.I was more than happy to give him a chance but this just puts the last nail in the coffin.Try playin cole in his right position then perhaps the lad might stand a chance oh i so hope rafa turns up at a home game now and gets his name chanted so loud it makes anfield rock!!! then perhaps good old roy will get the message to do one and not comeback!! (thats not a pro rafa thing but if it does the job of getting roy out then so be it) rant over

    yeah id take rafa back but i think he would need a few things in place... 1)dont let him get involved with other affairs at the club just the first team 2)dont let him have the cash in his hand to blow on players that are not up to the job alot of rafa's problems was he had to much control and was not able to multitask. it all started to go pear shaped when he was given a new contract with pretty much the run of the roost. get him back and lay down them couple of laws into his contract and i think we might get somewhere......cant do any worse than where we are now can it?

    my comments were more tounge in cheek (or was supposed to be) but its late and im knackered lol yeah i know all about lfc online and i give it a wide birth partly because most of what is said on there is taken either from rumours sites or copied off other sites like this or just made up and yeah if u are kissing the arse off the mods there u can say what i like but if u aint then its best to say nothing....but even then u aint safe lol
