  2. Watched this before and I actually felt tired for Hearn. Eubank Sr sounds like an absolute nightmare to work with. I've always liked Sr, as a fighter and as a person, just because he seems a bit bonkers, but the way he is dealing his sons career is a joke. I do think Jr would benefit so much more if he was out the way. I understand he may be a 'legend' to the sport or whatever you want to call him but that doesn't mean he knows the sport inside and out like he says. The demands he made for this fight are stupid. Jr is currently 'only' a british champion so he shouldn't be asking for these kind of things. Double the AJ ticket prices? Come on. AJ ticket prices aren't cheap as it is and he certainly gets a bigger audience than Jr possibly ever will. You have to wonder what is next for Jr, though. Who is going to want to work with his dad? Frank Warren doesn't, Hennessy won't. Hearn seems to think he will do business with them again but Sr will probably spit his dummy out and refuse to do anything again because he didn't get his way. In regards to the GGG v Brook fight, it's a stupid one. I'm looking forward to it for some reason, but it's a fight that shouldn't have been made. Yeah, Brook is big at his weight but he is jumping up 2 weight classes for this fight against arguably the best boxer at the moment. I guess you could still say it's a win-win situation, though. If he loses, he still keeps his IBF title AND pockets a huge amount of money and gets his exposure up globally. Smart business move but a dangerous one. Also, Charlie Edwards is getting a shot at the IBF World Title on that bill. I have always liked Edwards, I think he is a fantastic prospect and will be a world champion but this is so early considering he not long ago only won the English title. So many people getting shots at world titles very early lately. I hope he does the job, though.
  3. Possibly the best I have seen AJ box so far. Thought he was very controlled and he used his jab very well. Breazeale took some really good shots and I was surprised how well he stood up to them shots. I do think AJ looked a little bit slower than usual but I don't think that was due to being 'muscle bound' as people say, I think it was just down to being more controlled and probably due to tiredness from doing them two camps back to back. AJ's jab looked just as powerful as his right hand sometimes. Almost dropped Breazeale with it at the start of the 2nd or 3rd! Be interesting to see who is next now.

  7. Missed a few again just realized. Can I still do some? If so, Bellew - KO Round 11 Stephen Smith - UD Mosley - UD
  8. To me, the whole 'Eubank Sr didn't mean it to save me, done it tactically' stuff annoys me a bit. Whether he done it tactically or not, he still probably did save his life. The more blows Blackwell was taken to the head, the more danger he was in (obviously). So he should still be thankful that he saved his life. I know I would be anyway. I know the Eubanks aren't liked that much (I like them both) but to me, this is looking bad on Blackwell. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxJs-6ScYFw This happened yesterday at the Whyte/Groves v Martin Murray press conference. I'd like to see this fight. I think Whyte would win personally but the build up alone would be worth watching.
  9. Whyte has signed a promotional deal with Matchroom and will be fighting June 25th on AJ undercard.
  10. Eubank Jr v Tom Doran - June 25th.
  11. Bellew also had a big shiner at the photoshoot thing today. Hope Briggs is fighting on Saturday. So many people saying that it may not be on.
  12. Khan looks quite good here. In and out, making Canelo miss loads. Khan could do a bit more offensively...
  13. Don't mind Foo Fighters in small doses but they are overrated. As are Coldplay. I also think Arctic Monkeys are. Don't mind a few songs but that's about it for me.
  14. Canelo Alvarez - Canelo KO 7 Anthony Crolla - Crolla TKO 8 Kubrat Pulev - Pulev UD
  15. Watched David Price interview before with IFL TV. Don't get me wrong, I was never a huge fan of him anyway but I can't help but feel sorry for him. His career has gone massively downhill due to cheats. He said today at the press conference that a couple of years ago Anfield looked a likely venue for a fight for him, and now he is doing an 8 rounder at Goodison Park. Tounge in cheek comment but that shows how downhill it has gone for him. Every interview I see him in is talking about the losses and it must get frustrating but you can see it still angers him just as much as it did when it first happened. Hopefully he gets one more good crack at it.
  16. I had a proper weird dream the other day. Genuinely freaked me out... I was in work and one of the lads in there said that the police had been to his house in the morning but didn't say why. A few hours later he asks if I wanted to go out and get some dinner from a cafe so I was like 'yeah sound' as you do. As we go down some road, he tells me the police are still after him and to be on my guard. Next minute a police car pulls up and then two police officers walk past and they say 'we have our man' and get him. A few hours later, I'm back in mine and I see a police car pull up near my house. I go outside and they also have sniffer dogs. So I am standing outside mine and the policeman says 'if it bites you, it's because you have something on you' - Next minute, this dog goes past me, turns around and bites my balls! I was standing there while this dog has got hold of me balls with it's teeth! Proper freaked me out, though! I woke up the following morning checking my balls were still there. True story.
  17. It's quite rare I eat crisps nowadays but I was round me mates for a game of darts the other week and he had lightly salted tortilla chips out. Dip or no dip, they're bloody lovely.
  18. Yeah, Smith would destroy him I think. Can't stand Degale.
  19. Eddie Chambers lost I see. Hopefully now he shuts up about wanting this huge fight he deserves. Claims that everybody ducks him all the time on Twitter.
  20. Degale - UD Bute - KO 8 Liam Walsh - UD Ryan Walsh - UD Jamie Conlan - TKO 4 Andre Berto - UD Hughie Fury - UD
  21. Full press conference Fury v Klitschko 2
  22. My head movement would probably be alright against somebody throwing an average of 18 punches a round or whatever it was. I'm not saying Fury's performance wasn't good. It was. He done what he had to do and done it well but I'm still not getting carried away with him. I do think that if Fury went in with somebody like Haye (the level he was at, not seen enough to say he is still his old self) or Joshua, it would be a much different fight. I do think Joshua beats Fury. That's not me being byist in any way but I just see Joshua's come forward style too hard to deal with when you have an opponent like Fury. I bet if Fury put his hands behind his back like he did v Klitschko, Joshua would be all over him like a rash.
