I suspect this will be the case, but it would be interesting to know what the Premier Leagues stance on a club winding up mid-season is. I've played in Sunday League competitions where clubs results have become null and void when they've folded, but I've also seen it when the remaining fixtures have been awarded as 2-0 wins for the scheduled opposition. Completely different kettle of fish, Sunday League and Premier League, but the fundamental rules are laid out by the FA at the end of the day...
