With the TNF being on something of a nostalgia trip recently, I was reminded of some of the worst purchases I've ever made: The follow up to the brilliant Castle of Illusion. Had I been a few years older and not so naive, I would have been worried by the fact that there didn't seem to be any reviews prior to release. What an utter load of shit that game was..impossibly hard, as it had the single worst collision detection known to man. I swapped my Sega Master System and about twenty games, for a Gameboy and this. Loved Chase Hq on every other format, but it didn't even work properly on the Gameboy. Apparently brilliant on the Amiga. Not quite so good on the C64.
