What the hell is going on! He retires a legend, loved in Green Bay, a hero. Decides he wants to come back and Green bay tell him he can come back as a backup to Rogers but he's not coming back as a starter and they aren't going to let him play for another team. All getting ugly.

i started at school playing for the year 3, 4 and 5 sides and the next year i played for the year 4 and 5 and the next year i played for the 5 and 6. my last year at school i was in the year 6 team and scored 3 odd goals. i then got fed up with my dad moaning about me being a goal hanger and began to work on my speed. then i started playing centre mid in time for the year 8 school team where i was shit because i was still too slow. at the age of 14 i started playing sunday league and scored 16 in my first season (i only played half a season as i was late joining). the second year i scored 20 odd and the year after i was moved from centre mid to up front. this was also the year i started drinking and i couldn't last a full game. i used to play the first half and score at least one a week before crawling off the pitch less than an inch from death. at this age i made a brief run into the older team where my uncle got me in all sorts of bother which earned me the fasted red card in the league (apparently i still hold this record) which ended up with me being dumped back in with my age group. i was with my mate and his dad the other day (who i met at the team i played for, his dad was the manager) and we got talking about the team. his dad said 'what happenned to you? you started well then went more unfit every year!'. lets just say he didn't react kindly when i told him that i was misleading his son by getting him drunk the night before training and matches and turning up with sothern comfort in our drinking bottles every week. all in all i had a very short career with many laughs. none better than people sliding through / falling in substances. one lad who played for us used to have a cuppa before the game and just before half time he'd be sick, every week without fail. one lad went in for a tackle and got puke ll up his side and on his arm. also a lad in our team fell on a doggy in the box. i think it was a doggy although judging by the size of it, it may of been an elephant.
