There'll be a lot of panicking between now and the next 18 months, but if we can hang on to all these kids then we'll be sat on a pile of fucking gold by 2015. Imagine this squad in Summer 2015 and potentially how good this squad could be by then. The key will be how well we do in buying the experience to supplement these kids. Experienced, quality centre backs would be necessary, it's not clear that we're developing them here, perhaps LLoyd Jones might be a contender, but we still need a couple of 27-30 year old lads to give us a tough core.
