Following on from Section 31's rat thread would you grass up a benefit fraudster? My wifes sister lives in the same road as a woman who claims benefits and works cash in hand. For the last 4 years she's taken her kids on holiday to Florida and brags about it openly. She's resisted the urge to get on the blower to the benefits agency because she doesn't want to be a snitch but it makes her blood boil. A few years ago one of my mates was on jobseekers allowance having never looked for a job since leaving school at 16. He had a flat all paid for by the social and even had a car. He only managed to do this because he used to run his own "entertainment" business, basically he would go to pubs and sing and get paid £150 a night. He even had the cheek to moan about life being hard and how he never wanted to do a shitty mundane job because one day he'd 'make it big'. The cunt pleaded poverty all the time and borrowed money off me prior to me finding out about his business enterprise. I was living with my parents but was earning a shitty wage but still lent him cash which he never offered at any point to pay back. One night I saw him in the pub at the bar with his brother with at least £100 in his hand quid buying allkinds of drinks. I walked up and snatched the money out of his hand and he was livid calling me a cunt etc, I said he owed me the money and if he tried taking it back I'd grass him up. He then left me alone and I've never seen him since. I was very tempted to just phone up anyway and get him nicked but resisted the urge, my brother saw him last week and apparently he was forced to get a job as a chef and owes some bird tons of money in maintenance because the CSA are on his case. Would you grass a pisstaking benefit cheat up or would you wait for someone else to do it?

Personally I wouldn't. I feel like I'd be missing out.
