  1. when the sun shines? I mean, seriously - I have more energy, feel more positive and even things like drab concrete buildings look more aesthetically pleasing. I've spent nearly the entire day outdoors today and the only downside is the difficulty in seeing the cursor on the laptop in the sunshine. I wish this global warming business would get a shift on - I was born for better climes than those we usually have to contend with here.
  2. Our team will fight and give 110% for the red shirt. It would be easy to let their heads drop and only half show up tomorrow night but I know our lads are made of better stuff then that. I don't expect us to go through but I do fully trust that the 11 players on the pitch will give their absolute all for the shirt because that is what I have come to expect from them. Perhaps in the past we could criticise our team for being too easily defeated but under Benitez comebacks have become common place and I fully expect that the belief we still have an excellent chance of qualifying is rife among our squad. We might not have the most talented individuals in the world but where we lack ability we have tremendous character. Our team might go out tomorrow night but you can be damn sure they'll go out fighting and I for one am delighted that I know I can expect that from this side and not be disapointed.
