Since moving to this shit-tip of a capital city, my diet has gone all to cock, I'm drinking far more than I should be, due to the social aspect of the job, and I'm basically gone from feeling like the most attractive man of all time, to feeling like a big glob of shit flavoured lard. I've gained weight, I'm less fit and less healthy. Well the rut stops here... I need to sort myself out a strict structured diet with rules about what I can eat and drink, based on what I like to eat and drink and have it all mapped out for me. I don't have the time or the knowledge or the inclination to do this. Just giving up all the good stuff is not what I'm after.... Can anyone help?
