Apparently on his way back to LFC on a pay as you play contract This is going on what someone who apparently knows a few of the players has said and its meant to be done in the next 7 days. Would you welcome this?

Given that we only play 1 up front, and that 1 is the best 1 on the planet, who do ye think we should get as the back up striker. Its tricky as we're not gona get a top striker in his prime to come and sit on the bench, so do we go for somebody cheap like Klose whos coming to the end of his career and might do a job(like Riedle)or somebody younger who might be willing and happy just to be with us and is'nt to bad like say Kevin Doyle who is definetly gona leave Reading this summer, any suggestions?

I wonder if he'll end up at Everton? Where would that leave his already tarnished stock in the eyes of many Liverpool fans? I personally wish him well, (as he was fantastic for us) but there is a always a nagging feeling of betrayal.

Whisperings of it on setanta news at lunch, apparently there is an article about it in this mornings mail. It seems that ashley has mentioned as a distinct possibility if they are relegated.
