    I think we should be aiming to neutralize their forwards, their defense is really really weak now I'm sure Suarez could break them apart on his own if he has the fire in him tonight. They always pile their strengths on their midfield/wingers and score on the break, so we'll need to remove the aerial threat. 3-5-2 will be good to me. The attacking options aren't that different and we are playing against a weaker team. Just shows how much determination players from each team have to win the game, what we did today was really really poor.

    It's a good choice from whichever angle I see it. Lets look at it this way, if he continues this shit form that he has been showing so far, it's a straight decision to cancel his loan. If he actually performs exceptionally well and even does better than Gerrard now, I still think it's a good decision to cancel his loan. In the short term this might sound stupid, but if we end up relying on a loaned player to improve, I can only see Real Madrid laughing their faces off because they have rediscovered a gem for free and the team that will be grimacing is us, because in the summer we would have to find another player which would be able to replace him, and our benchmark would be set far higher, and chances are that we are screwed because any player of that quality wouldn't want to come to Liverpool now within 2 years. So. It's a good decision to me.

    I'm pretty sure they'll come cheaper than the price that we are selling reina for, especially if we keep pestering the club to sell, it has always worked for barca when you look at players like fabregas. Maybe igor akinfeev sounds like a great replacement, he's a proven Russian international keeper, would probably do good in the premier league if we could get him.

    I wouldn't blame reina if he leaves for barca, just not for another premier league cup. He's nowhere near his standard 5 years ago. Besides he'll have guaranteed CL every season. And yes, I'll like begovic or mignolet to take over as a replacement. They are young and probably cheap too.
