The Devil All The Time - 9/10.

A brilliant film looking at the lives of a variety of folk in small town American after WW2. It sticks really closely to the book - so much so it's actually narrated by the author himself. 

I like Merson, I think he's alright. A bit old school, and you need that when you've normally got to put up with the brain-dead bunch of Scholes, Richards, Hargreaves etc.

I loved Jota's finish. The goalie could have done better, yes, but Diogo didn't half give it an absolute whack. He changed the game. 

The first half Thiago and Hendo were really poor. I wonder what was said at half time! 

It was fair game to foul Mane, and to give fouls against Mane even for normal challenges. He is definitely targeted.

Martinelli looks the real deal, but I really like that Thomas Partey. Just checked though he's 28 so a bit old for us to sign.

WHAT A SAVE from Alisson. 

At the end of the match Klopp, Virgil and Allison were all walking off together and I thought what a team we have. A proper team of men. 

I hope Martin Tyler is okay - he must have received some terrible news right when we scored, he sounded distraught.
