  1. When Mo was away/injured we looked a better team. He's obviously a brilliant player still, guarantees goals and assists but we look less fluid with him. He's been incredible for us for so long but I can't say I'll be gutted to see him leave at the end of the season.

No chance Arsenal win out. Our games are a bit easier.

They have to face Emery who has beaten them once already. Spurs away these away and Wolves away and Chelsea at home.

We also play Wolves, Spurs and Villa. Not to mention Everton who will be treating the game as a Champions League final. Our games are hardly any easier.

This time next year we'd be convincing ourselves he was coming and then he'd fuck off to Real Madrid.

He is 100% going to Real Madrid after next season. He'd be stupid not to.

We are easily a better team than Arsenal.

Nah, not much between us at all. They've got the better of us this season too so not sure how we can say we're the better team. There's a tendency to underestimate Arsenal on this forum but the truth is that Arteta has turned them into a winning team. It will be no surprise to me if they end up as champions. They came close last season but have learned from their failure and have improved.

  5. I can see us going for Nagelsmann. He'll be free to leave the German team in the summer, unlike Amorim who will cost £20M just to release him from his contract. I think that will weigh heavily in his favour as far as FSG is concerned. I wouldn't mind him as the next manager either, since Alonso is now out of the running.

  6. Arsenal have zero injuries, we've got at least 6 first team players out another 3 or 4 valuable squad players injured. City have around 3 first team players out. If Arsenal fail to win the title from here it might be worse than their collapse from last season.

  7. Offer him a pay-as-you-play contract. Giving him a full contract for another 3 years or so would be idiotic, especially since we're getting a new manager in the summer.
