yes defo. But it would be classed as verbal contract which would be a civil case so and for them to be sueing us for, well, basicly curroption and fraud which is what they are saying really, that would be criminal and any criminal case is always taken first before civil. just the way its done. also verdict in criminal will often effect the civil but not always.
