  1. lol thats the main point I got out of this article. The chants are one thing, but to actually be assaulted by fans is another.. unless your gary neville.
  2. We deff know how to have a good time. I'd really like to see Liverpool play up close, hopefully they do a little tour and come to Dallas. I usually get the chance to see the youth play in the Dallas Cup.
  3. plus another a little gripe i do have. Liverpool never show up in the states they are always in asia or east europe. chels, barca, united, inter, ac milan.. they have all come (some multiple times) to the USA so that probably does make a big difference.. christ west ham came to play the mls allstar team a few years back
  4. lol wish i knew the answer, its just like whats happening with city, people in the states are just now getting more into it and following the clubs with big $$$. I'll take a picture of teh pub i go to next time we play both chels or manure. you'll be shaking your head
  5. I live in Dallas, TX. I wasn't into football before the 06 world cup. After that I started watching videos on youtube and kept seeing Stevie G pop up and some of the great things he's done. So that year I started watching Liverpool and haven't stopped since.
  6. The reason I even asked the question is because of the fact I have only been supporting Liverpool for about 5 years now. When you look at just the last 5 years with all the times we got stuck playing chelsea in the champions league. It just seems like we have had to compete with them more then united. Those Mourinho v Benitez years were great. For instance the first leg that was at home when we were winning then Riise decided to try and head the ball instead of kick it out of play and got the own goal. Well in the next leg we got knocked out and how different would it have been if they didn't get that away goal, just always pissed me off. Plus im from the states, suprisingly chelsea fans out number liverpool supporters 4 to 1 in bars. So for my personal life the rivalry just always seems a little more fierce here between the chelsea supporters then the united supporters
  7. Well i guess I ask because I haven't watch the game all my life. I became a supporter shortly after the 06' world cup. my bad if keep getting people all pissy
  8. It's a tough question. With manure looking to jump Liverpool with a 19th league title we'd all like to see them fall short to Arsenal, but man do I really hate those douchers in London. What do you think?
  9. Suarez was deff going to be the missing link. At the end of the day we all should be asking Carroll or Torres? We really only had 1 full season of Nando, and I really am anxious to see what Carroll can bring, just reminds me of when we got Aquilani and then poof. Nothing
  10. yeah he was deff looking to go down, we dont want the situation like the manc's had w. ronaldo, there might be a time when it's truly a penalty and might not getting from past history of diving
  11. another opportunity BLOWN! you would think he could finish that
  12. "we paid a shit ton for him TORRES TORRES! and still we cant fuckin win TORRES TORRES! we cheer w. plastic fucking flags we are rent boys or even slags. Fernando Torres you'll never be anything! lol
  13. These cunts try to mimick our history, our fans, and now they try to mimick our songs about former players.. I'm watching this game and I just heard them use our old tune for Fernando. Be original for once in your life.
  14. spot on. Hicks said the value of the club was what 800 mil? doesn't mean they got it. Those towel heads have enough money to make it happen. it all depends on how much glazers what and where the tipping point is
  15. as much as it pains me to say, internationally the manure brand is better known. especially in the USA. You find great support in the local pubs for Liverpool, but manure and those rent boys in london carry the most favor here.
  16. i'd have to disagree. only one other person has been as consistent as lucas in the last 12 months. That's Reina. Yes there was a time where I wanted Lucas out of the squad, I probably boo'ed the hell out of him, but he has grown by leaps and bounds. Yes he is not the balls to wall tackler that Masch was, and no he doesn't have the complete depth of passing Xabi had, but he is mixing a little bit of both to becoming a complete player not only for now, but for the future.
  17. u both are from the USA.. so why is everyone so hostile. ---------reina----------- kelly-carra-agger-johnson ---------lucas---------- ---gerrard--mireles------ maxipad----------suarez --------kuyt----------- wigan are a pass and move team looking to go out wide. I think this would nullify any type of attack
  18. lol so many people get up in arms about a thread. im glad i dont have a monthly period.
