Having the best interests of the club at heart and being good enough to manage the club are two different things. I'm not overjoyed that Benitez is gone, but it was the best thing for both parties. We needed a change of manager and Rafa needed a change of scenery.

He had atleast 6 players worth over £20m at his disposal and failed to finish in the top 4. I doubt he would feature on ManUtd, Chelsea or Arsenals wish list. Not even a club like Aston Villa would be desperate for him as he is a disruptive influence inside a club when he doesn't get his own way.
