I for one got more than 6 points and top of the league from santa this year.(Gerrard got more too.a night in the cells)anyway,i recieved a book from my parents by a journalist called brian reade.now i normally wouldnt read any journalists written book because most of what they come up with and write in the papers is utter crap.any way if u dont no who brian reade is he is a avid liverpool fan who has for the last 43 years followed liverpool football club,(hence the title of the book).now as i started reading this i just thought that it was the usual fans story of the highs and lows of watching the reds.wat i didnt expect was how much good look, grief, happiness and sadness one bloke could go through in his life.i wont go into too much detail as it would ruin reading this great adventure by a footie fan who eats, sleeps and dreams of the glory days back at anfield.any way this bloke has seen it all,4 european cups,2 day train journeys to rome, heysel, hillsborough(justice),the 86 double, the sounes years, istanbul and walking into interview shankly at melwood and seeing the great scots twig and berrys.this book is by far one of the best insights into a football club through a fans eyes.i have nearly read the complete thing now in 2 evenings.go out and buy it as u wont be dissapointed
