  1. I knew this would happen but I didnt appreciate this would be so soon after losing my awesome boy.

A friend of mine in Milton Keynes fosters dogs with a view to rehoming.  She is looking after a couple of Cypriot Kokoni pups, who have had to be moved on from their forever home.

All being well, they are coming here in August. Ignore the names as they have now been changed.

Cheers for this lads, thanks to my anxiety next time I have a headache I'll be on the co-op funeral site.

If its any consolation, its not your common garden headache,  My sisters had a couple of absolute zingers in the lead up to when her head went bang. One was at a family Easter lunch where I remember having to drive her home. Thought something was amiss at the time, but when do you go to A+E when you have a headache ?

  3. My sister had a brain aneurysm in April 2016, which necessitated her having a metal plate to replace the part of the skull, that they had to drill into to save her life. She is very lucky to still be here, as she had numerous seizures afterwards, at differing points. Thankfully, not had one for nearly 7 years *touch wood*, although she now lives in residential care as her capacity is severely reduced. By a sheer weird coincidence, a classmate of hers from school, had an aneurysm a week or so after sis, although she didnt need the metal plate. She lives at home, but she has more physical infirmities rather than my sisters mental ones. Both women had recently become mothers, my niece was 6 months old when it happened, and her friend gave birth after her seizure.

Needless to say, its a fucking grim ailment which changes lives forever. I make no claim of being an expert but have been around enough patients to see the impacts. More often than not, those who have to be operated on tend to have less ability to have understanding, reasoning and capacity. And whilst its thankfully rare enough in relative numbers of population, most people tend to know someone who has sadly suffered,

Can't believe he's still about. I remember him being a cunt in Major's government when I was a kid. Now I'm old and he's still being a cunt.

  5. This absolute fucking legend crossed the rainbow bridge today. I am broken. He woul have been 15 in October. Absolute rude health until seizures yesterday completely done him. RIP Barney, mate

I’m looking forward to seeing which expedition this company plans next. Sending people to the moon by strapping them to a football and letting Charlie Adam boot a penalty with it, perhaps.
