Please win. It’s 3 points. It’s a title race. It’s also my Sunday evening and whether I turn the radio on for the next 5 days

Absolutely nothing has changed for me. I expected city and arsenal to win. Big deal. They'll all be wanking each other off. And then we can go and do our business and they'll realise they're still back in the same place. We just need to win our games, fuck the rest of them.

I’d be tempted to start Gakpo over Nunez at the weekend. Nunez isn’t doing much wrong I just think in the United game he would be a game changer as a sub coming on.
The other way round with Gakpo replacing Nunez tends to slow us down

Okay maybe we can stop just recycling the ball around their formation and actually attack them.
In a nutshell. We just recycle the same approach banking on the law of averages

I am not there tonight, so you might notice the singing is slightly quieter and a touch off-key.
Hopefully your not having to listen to this dreadful TNT commentary duo

Ha ha. A toast rack is a sign of both age and social class, I d be surprised if anyone under 40 had one unless it was a wedding present or inherited. I’ve checked today and we haven’t got one despite being much older.
I find toast racks to be the core product for all the local charity shops. Its like they buy them in by the pallet load

Can anyone recommend a good place to start with Conan. I've heard mixed reviews on the old stuff being a bit dated these days
Cant help with Conan but I notice you recommended Gemmell- Ive read all of his books countless times but have yet to find anyone of similar level/style? Do you have any suggestions?

We are also everyones cup final.
You can bet for example west ham fans will be baying for blood v us, but they don't really care when abu dhabi rock up - in fact they have some sort of supposed friendship, some bollocks about they clapped when they were relegated blah blah blah.....but show the stupid cockney twats 'them scaaaaasers' and they turn into rabid animals.
Totally agree. Mid table teams with nothing to play for seem to play out of their skins against us.Fulham away is the one I’ve had my eye on for a few weeks now

City and Arsenal both have to go to Brighton. They always create chances

Only 11 out of 27 had us in their top 3.

Alonsos achievement this season is unbelievable but does that automatically qualify him for this job?
Klopp couldn’t have chosen a worse season to leave in terms of who’s available.Although, when you look at United- they’ve tried pretty much every conceivable option since since Ferguson and none of them have worked
-
Klopp and/or Ljinders for one more season until Alonso realises the party is over next season

Imagine as a player going from half time team talks with Klopp to team talks with Southgate
Oooooofffff

Brings back memories. Went to kavos on an 18-30s when we were 20. Some cockney trying sell us an 'event'.
" Yeah so you get pissed at one end of the pool, birds get pissed at another. Then you shout slags at them and they shout wankers"
Yeah think we'll pass on that.
Cant help but feel you missed out there

This thread is proof that it's very easy to get the decisions wrong.
People keep saying it's the clowns running it who are the problem, but we're all fucking clowns really, we make mistakes, are open to influence, we're inconsistent & we're human.
Adding this extra layer of clowning was never going to solve anything and never will.
Your right in general but I cant accept the inability to apply the rules of the game to incidents that are being played out on a screen in front of you. I dont know why they seem to be almost commentating the game as it goes along.

Quite easy to get it 'wrong' as a lot of big decisions in Football are subjective so unless you yourself are in charge of what happens in every game, you are going to disagree with some decisions.
Comparing football to other sports doesn't work either, it is a free flowing, simple game & that is why it became by far the most popular sport in the World. Introducing rules from rugby, cricket or baseball only serves to detract from our enjoyment & the general beauty of it.
Quite simply, introducing VAR into Football was a huge mistake & should be reversed as soon as fucking possible.
If a decision is subjective in the first instance then you simply look at the replay and apply the rules? You can have differing opinion but the actual footage in front of you solves it. Its hard to get that wrong.
-
Before VAR, refs got huge stick but you could argue a case for them they had to make split decisions in the heat of the moment- they couldnt go back and change their minds once they made a decision, and teams got robbed as a result.
VAR solved ALL of those issues, they could watch incidents in freeze frame and completely change their minds if they want to- problem solved, what a great idea. The game will benefit hugely from it. It works brilliantly in other sports. Once you have a chance to pause and look at an incident on a screen you literally cant get it wrong! You cant.
But they do. Frequently. Often when the stakes are highest.

He refers to VAR not wanting to re-referee the game but that is what does pretty much every week

Don't worry - that's all fixable.
I mix my grass seed in with topsoil. Really stamp it down too. Ge generous with the seed. It'll come back and look really good.
Also use one of the feed & weeds, once your seed is established.
Lawns can take a lot of effort, but look great when done well. I bought a Suffolk Punch especially to do the lines.
I have loads of moss this year, so just put down some killer. Will give it a couple of weeks then rake it out. Hope I get shut of it.
Ive got loads of Moss this year- is the killer a spray or a dry thing? Just thinking about the dog if I have to leave something on the area

Both come in high? Like fuck did they, Maccas feet were on the ground.
And then he's in "Dokus space"
You've completely lost me now you utter shower of shite

Should have started Gakpo and brought Nunez on to stretch them at the end.
