Hello mate, cheers it was ace...fucking hell USA seems like a life time ago now - what an amazing place though mate. I preferred it to NZ and Oz by a country mile. Your advise was as always spot on.. I couch surfed my entire way through the East Coast just staying with random locals and it was absolutely amazing. In my opinion it's now the only way to travel. Fuck hostels that are full of English and Germans on the gap year from uni!! Hows life treating you?

Got to use these salmon fillets in the fridge today. Any ideas of a sauce that goes well that doesnt involve lemon? I also dont really like white based sauces...ideas on a postcard, or in this thread. Ta.

bitch - you pedantic cnut! - they dont learn how to spell it, you just have to show them pictures and tell them how to say it!! Id of been ace! im well good with pictures, im still on roger red hat! As for language barrier in asia - everyone speaks english mate, its all about the $$... Asia is very very easy to travel, you will have no qualms at all mate (its same, same but different!). Im glad you have avoided NZ and Oz - in my opinion fucking dull, brits abroad, hot england, no way would i waste my money giving half the chance. As for proper travelling, sometimes scary, language barrier, proper buzzing type travelling its all about South America. Changed my whole perspective of the world we live in.

My old dear is a social worker and my brother is a carer. We watched it together last night, i can honestly say i have never seen my brother cry but i swear he had tears running down his face watching the reaction on Simone's parents. Utterly shocking, I went to bed feeling sick. As im sure did the rest of the nation. Fucking disgraceful.

Cheers lads, nice to be back on here if nowhere else. Cant belive how bad the current climate is though, soul destroying. Am thinking id of been better off staying in Thailand and teaching English to the Thai kids (and you lot know my spelling and grammer is like!). All you have to do is look western to get that sort of gig, and if you have a degress (albeit a micky mouse one) your laughing. Instead I came home hoping to earn some cash and fuck off again, at this point i cant even afford a bus ticket let alone a plane ticket. Im trying not to feel sorry for myself but you lot haven't been to Aylesbury Jobcentre!
