I've watched Liverpool for over 30 years now, and like a lot of you on here have seen great times and some shyte.

I can honestly say that I have a feeling with this guy that I haven't had for a long time. The players seem to know what their jobs are all over the pitch and he is making good players better. That's a gift that many managers/coaches do not actually have.

I think that there is a buzz about the club that we haven't had for some time.

I agree with the sentiments, Captain. However, we are steadily beginning to have quite a few really important players, now. Xabi, Gerrard, Finnan and Big Mo are in that category, and Crouch and Reina are in with a shout, too. A sign of how we're changing: more and more players making significant contributions week in, week out.

The biggest plus for me this season so far is the all round squad improvement. I don't know what Rafas doing but it seems as if he's getting the best out of them as a group at the moment. We are becoming Valenciaesque and that's saying something

Just curious as to what is going to happen if anythin happens to Sami or Carra or both of them, with Zak going to Millwall do we have someone who can be a good replacement and will slot in nicely coz wen sami went off momo sat in for him but he's hardly a centre back like? just curious!?!?!
