A judge threw out the new claim on that basis. So probably.

Difficult to tell. They were apparently hugely convincing denying it at the original trial under cross examination from a hugely skilled prosecution team.

Now equally convincing saying it happened.

seems strange you would go from wanting to be in control of a huge theatrical production celebrating someone to immediately accusing them of abuse.

Never said it was an excuse. Understanding the perpetrator is fucked up does not excuse the action.

This is probably controversial but I don’t think Jackson was evil. He knew what he was doing was wrong but in his world he loved those kids and sticking your finger up their arse was a manifestation of that. Buying them anything they wanted lavishing them with gifts in his fucked up mind was a fair price for a blow job.

I don’t think he ever wanted to hurt them. He did like if he did it. Lied and should have gone down but hurt, in his mind, was not the intention.

Think I’ve mentioned before about some jerk chicken I had in a locals only hut in Jamaica. I’d been eating all week in the resort and it was lovely.

Went on the piss with a local old Rasta guy and he took me to this place. Hottest thing I’ve ever eaten,to the point of days later still unable to swallow. All the locals were pissing themselves at me downing tins of red stripe in one go.

Went out for dinner with another couple once. He was a Korma fanny so is my Mrs. I was the big man and ordered a Madras as I'd had it before and it was hot as fuck in this place.

His Mrs, a tiny little 5ft 7st girlie girl, ordered a Lamb Naga Bhuna. I'd never heard of it and while i'm saying no tah to the kind offers of some chicken korma saying I like a bit more spice she said try mine its pretty hot.

So I did. Fucking hell. 1st spoon full was Ok second had me sweating, coughing and downing cobra. She just munched away.

Probably voted in favour of Brexit no doubt.
